1. Where can I mixing except lab in fantasy ruins, I live in scarlet devil mansion and I don't have this opportunity here. I'm playing the AnonTW version
2. Why is it that if I live in one place, then other places become a mini version of what they were and have fewer points of movement? is it possible to make all the places fully functional?

1. you have to buy the mixing set from the mail order shop. Then you can mix in your room.
2. As far as I know you can't. Your home location has the full map since you live there while going somewhere else you are counted as a visitor. You can explore the full map of other areas by moving there however it change the area you moved out of to the mini visitor version.

can someone tell me from experience the best ways to make money in anonTW, if possible, with an explanation because I still don't know the mechanics of the game well

Cleaning and putting the auto use TSP on cleaning gets you money. Certain working characters pay you when helping them too.
Grow crops. When a holiday comes go to the underground and setup a stall and sell them. You'll get several hundred thousand out of it from just one session.
early game selling sake you get from doremy tutorial spam & incense wood are good money starters. beyond that, yeah, selling veggies in the underground. save some of everything for cooking though.

Early on I made money from brewing and selling sake, to start you can just use any nearby water but later you'll want to start using better water for better sake. Water from Misty Lake at the Scarlet Devil Mansion for regular sake, from the bath house in the Underworld for strong sake, and from the lake on the Youkai Mountain Summit for sacred sake. I don't really know the other sake recipes though, since they were added after I no longer needed money so I haven't done much more brewing.
Beyond that I made most of my money from gambling in the Scarlet Casino. With some starting charisma and a capped speech skill, the dice game can make tons of charisma. You'll need to gamble a bit then leave and re-enter to unlock selling it at the casino.
I've been playing AnonTW which is a hoot but the Wakasagihime "Moon River" quest thingy still persists after a NG+ for some reason. She keeps the [Conservative] trait and the listed bodies of water in Moon River is empty. Removing the trait in the debug menu doesn't seem to change her dialogue like it would by doing Moon River normally, and resetting the character also doesn't seem to reset the state of Moon River. Is it fishover, fish bros? Aquatover? Hydrover?

If I remember right, some options unlock as you increase your mixing level. If it's not that, maybe you have peeing turned off in the options.
Use and abuse TSP until you get 4k (Max without reincarnations/NG+). For Vanilla enjoyers, that means doing your best Sakuya roleplay and keeping all places clean at home. Or using spare 2k TSP for brewing or foraging in Bamboo Forest or Forest of Magic.
Start logging at least once or twice a day in timestop on Youkai Mountain Foot. Keep ONLY colossal wood. Sell wood for 20-50k on average, daily.
Get enough to start growing plants. They will become a significant source of on-off income later.
Buy the chainsaw and max it out. Once you have Logging 5 or 6, even big trees will only cost between 300-800 TSP.
You are now filthy rich.
