There's actually a drug you can craft used to regenerate hymens. Sadly, not for males I think, I was hoping to bet with Yuuka again and again for the unlimited snu-snu stonks.
They tend to push you down with the right combination of traits. If they're at frustration 30% and at least 1.5/5 hearts of mood.
This happens more frequently the higher their Sadism is and based on default settings, weighted against your combat skill (weak characters can't push you down if you have Pushdown Guard up).
There is no limit to how many people you can have in sex, but trying to go for more than a 4 people orgy is an exercise in frustration and may need support items like Lunar Incenses.
Those things are funny. Make sure to have enough energy and vigor to use them; for some reason getting them to reform to me allows me to regain all vigor.

I would hazard a guess yes.
I have fishing 5 and even at max fortune and max daily fortune (determined by rabbit sign) still can't fish it.

Love and Lover status is functionally identical for the most part. Lover status is required for some events which MAY lead into obtaining certain traits, mainly Kaguya's, and Lover in general confers additional dialogue changes, e.g. Mokou being incredibly attached and close to you vs. basic Love dialogue, or Reisen being openly affectionate and no longer being scared of you or being startled by you *at all*.
There are no downsides to breaking up via Parsee or via disabling the Confess to multiple characters mod option; the dialogue will simply revert to pre-lover. This might still screw around with events that were underway while being on Lover status though; Kaguya's event chain checks specifically if you have Lover status with her.
One more lover benefit. If you Baitsa Dasuto to restart, characters at love can have some body settings changed(bust size/sensitity/character size). Characters that are your lover however can have their traits altered in addition. This lets you turn the "youkai" shrine maiden into an actual youkai. Or make someone all the races(Though shrine maiden/maid/magician are mutually exclusive) You can remove troublesome traits(Like misandrist) or add other traits too. You can also give them up to 30 exp in each of the sexual stats.
Granted you can do all that through the cheat menu in options as well, but if you want to stick to legitimate options, that's available to you through baitsa dasuto.
I think this is more a Lover/Sex Friend deal; I have gained multiple loves, but never confessed to all but one because I like having top wife.
Sex Friends grant you physical characteristics changes, while Lovers grant you traits and STA/EN mods, if you want to.
I think what changes instead is the flavor text where it tells you you have a strong connection with her.
