Haven't seen any of that on pixiv but I have seen what seemed like the start of a rabbit hole MamaMax would investigate and I immediately backed the fuck out of that shit.

I will say that from what I've seen on other sites that dropped photorealistic 3DCG (like what someone would make in DAZ) but seem to have embraced ai-generated realistic 2DCG, I guess it's fine? Maybe? It's extremely new so I imagine that it's a matter of the law being slow to update.

American laws are fucking backwards anyway, we're more concerned with protecting the unborn than we are any ACTUAL REAL children. Animation should not count as CP, anyone who says otherwise needs to have their head examined (or better yet removed). I'm sick of idiots ruining quality art just because the subject makes them uncomfortable, worse yet is when they use their imaginary sky friend to ATTEMPT to justify thier fathomless stupidity. Let's assume it has been a steady $237/month. He has been in jail since December on 2018. It's April 2023. That is 4 years and 4 months ago. while not a huge amount of cash, it's still $12,324 to do literally nothing so far. That is of course, assuming the state didn't put a freeze or seize his bank account.
