I was more thinking the marriage to partner who is the other parent to her daughters one of which happens to be the best friend of Ashe who I would very highly doubt be very happy her so called "friend" is the reason for her parents break up.
I can't speak for the dev and their plans but I very much doubt those plans include Kate losing her entire family over an unplanned pregnancy.

I mean Kate could easily lie to Victoria, Fiona and Delilah how far along she is so that it matches when Victoria was last in Venus Falls, it’s not like Victoria is going to be there for the duration of the pregnancy anyways

I just played the game and would like to give my two cents to it.
First of, the quality of the renders the dialog and the story is great.
With the three paths it appeals to many people with a wide range of kinks.
However, this can also dampen or even ruin the game for some players. When filters for unliked content is used or you feel like the path you are playing is not the intended path and the other paths shine through.
For the rest of this feedback I'm using the Spoiler Flag:
Overall this is a game with a lot of potential to either be a really good game or to just straight up ruin every character.

Why was her girlfriend magically replaced with a Vibrator?
Simples, on the Siren route the girlfriend doesn't exist, it would make no sense for her to exist on that route, that's the strongest route for Ashe. The girlfriend is there on the CQ route because that's the whole point of that route, Ashe is a cuckquean on that route. Again, the kitten route speaks for itself, Ashe is the sub.
The same thing pretty much goes for all your points.
Things are separated by routes. Rach going to Shaws happens on Ashe's CQ route for obvious reasons. On the Kitten route Ashe goes and on the Siren route no one goes.

I did not go the siren route as I could only choose kitten and cq.

I only can talk about kitten and cq:
On kitten Zoey is just making a funny comment and teasing Ashe by calling the Vibrator her girlfriend. On that route there is no physical person with her. It is just to tease sub Ashe.
On cq there is a holiday Flirt with a BBC to make Ashe feel unworthy.

But that makes no sense. The MC had no influence on that part of the Story. No matter if she's Siren/Sub or Cuck. That's what I mean with filters. If you have multiple routes. All things that differ on these routes have to be caused by the different personality, decisions and actions of the MC (and therefore the player) which then influence the other characters. Otherwise it makes no sense.

duuuuude. What? You're clearly not getting what's going on in this game. So lemme help you. At the end of the previous update, depending on previous choices, there are 3 branching routes. Depending on which you are on, you'll be getting different scenes. If you are into the cucking stuff, you see Zoey with that girl (not her girlfriend btw, don't know where you got that). If you are on the dominant or submissive side, you get different scenes. And so on. Not that hard to comprehend.

What you say is true of some games but not of this one: Here, the route choices create different branching realities, which do not all depend on direct actions of the MC.
She only says "girlfriend" in the non-CQ routes (while referring to her vibrator), in the CQ route she instead introduces her fling a bit embarassedly as a "friend".
The routes are not to be seen as direct consequences of Ashe's actions or attitude, but really as just "alternate universes" where things happen to either push Ashe into being more dominant, more submissive, or a cuckqueen. I agree that narratively it is a bit disappointing to have the entire story change based on a single choice you made regarding only a single plotline, but it is what the dev is intentionally going for right now.

Of course it is my opinion. It is my feedback and review of the game.
Then I actually missread that one. I thought she is and was her girlfriend but ifit's just a summer fling it makes sense and is a difference that can be explained by actions made by the MC. You might not know but this actually improves my opinion on Zoey and I like the game a bit more again.
If you are fine with that, even if it makes no sense, go with it. I'm just spreading this point of view, hoping it will have an effect on some devs/games. (Because it is something that often can be achived with small changes and would improve the gamefor some players like me without hurting others, like you guys who apparently don't care about how it's done.)

On the siren path Neither went to the cops home and later you get a scene where ashe and rachel are on the phone about to message the cop and you get three choice about how rude you will be to the cop when Rejecting her

The common accepted interpretation is that Ashe's actions on the Siren and Kitten path determine the differences between the routes. For the CQ route it's a combination of Ashe's actions and the universe pushing women together in front of Ashe, and them being more open to it, so an alternate reality that is pretty close to the other two, but somehow fueled by Ashe's CQ aura.
It's a bit weird, don't break your brain over it, because it doesn't have a neat answer. At least that's what all the debate here lead to the consensus on.
