Episode 6 - Progress Report #29
Hey everyone
Sorry for the delayed report, I've had a super busy couple of days.
Here's the progress:
Release date estimate: August 2025
I've made some progress with renders, but not as much as I'd wished. I had to redo about 40 renders which ate up a lot of time. The issue was that the scene was overloaded with assets, which triggered a fallback on CPU during rendering. Which means render times went up from ~20 minutes to ~5 hours per render. And of course I noticed way too late
. Stupid mistake that hopefully won't happen again (which I already said last time it happened, so let's hope I suffered enough to remember now
).
For the sake of transparency I'll say that I'm currently about 200 renders behind what I planned initially a couple weeks back.
Not much else to report, except:

- Part 3 (11:00pm): 250/550
- Part 4 (12:30am): 0/750
- Part 5 (2:00am): 0/500
- Part 6 (3:00am): 0/600
- Music/Sound: 0%
- Testing/Polish: 0%
