You're just confirming that the blackmailer is very smart and powerful. This is based on the fact that she knows everything about Ashe, as if she's been keeping tabs on her without revealing herself. Based on this, the blackmailer wouldn't screw up as much as Delilah did. Let me remind you, Delilah told Ashe that she knew Ashe was a dumbass. Why would she do that if she was a blackmailer? It wasn't an accident; Delilah said it on purpose. She wanted to show Ashe that she accepted her for who she was. This is normal behavior for her if she's NOT a blackmailer, but if she is, it makes no sense.

I do agree with these assessments. Delilah and Rachael were and are my top suspects.

I am not saying that the blackmailer has been assigned a huge role in the new chapter, I just want to see that she is the one responsible for everything at the party. And it was enough for me that, as a cliffhanger, at the very end they showed her face or called her name.

I don't mind continuing with the blackmailer storyline, but I hope that in this update Delilah can be cleared as a suspect, and perhaps we can be given more clues as to who the mysterious blackmailer is.

I don't mind continuing with the blackmailer storyline, but I hope that in this update Delilah can be cleared as a suspect, and perhaps we can be given more clues as to who the mysterious blackmailer is.

I'm going to make a very far fetched guess based on nothing tangible:
The blackmailer is Evelyn, the mom.
- She was awake when Ashe fapped next to her and groped her or not, and was slightly shocked by the event.
- She had the talk with her daughter about the struggle of the excess libido.
- Know her daughter is stressed, depressed because all that + the news about the duplo influencer dying.
- Know about the dates with Vanessa.

My guess is the blackmailer, if it's the mom, is actually doing this extreme thing a bit out of desperation / fear for her daughter and is trying to somehow make her accept herself / force her to do 'exciting' things under threat until she doesn't care about consequences if the truth was revealed. Evelyn has been very open about wanting her daughter to find a girlfriend so that her urges don't bother her anymore.
So far the blackmail, despite the threat being a bit scary for the mc, wasn't so harsh compared to what could have been expected. Might change in the future.

Of course it's just a random thing that went through my mind after too much beer and post-fap clarity.

Yeah, that part is still a mystery.
My guess is that there is definitively something going on with Delilah, at least with her job as an intern journalist, how she's been acting a bit depressed that last couple ingame days, or how she's always hiding her phone screen in fear whenever she meet Ashe.
As for how she knows about Ashe being a duplo...
The first messages were received at about 2am during the pajama party, Delilah was already sleeping for a few hours at that moment after drinking a bit too much so I don't think it's her who sent them.
Since Delilah went to sleep a couple hours earlier than all the other girls, I wouldn't be surprised is she also woke up earlier and given her obsession for Ashe, seeing everybody asleep, if she took a daring opportunity to check her phone and thus read the messages.
Wouldn't be surprised either, given her hobbies, if she had knowledge about electronic stuff and decided, yandere style, to put a spy software on Ashe's phone in order to help her and try to find who the blackmailer is on her own. (The part about Ashe being surprised her phone is out of battery when she wakes up could be a hint about spy software, draining battery is a known side effect of such softwares irl).

I think the most likely way for Delilah to have found out is that she walked in on Ashe and Zoey at the sleepover.

I don't think Delilah is the blackmailer, but she's almost certainly involved in some way.
