total black screen when we press 'new game', but suprisingly the sound is there.
edit: and also the same for free roam, total back screen but the HUD and sound still there

The painting with circles(on wall behind doll)click on it to reveal 3 slots that you can fit with different shapes,slot in red and green polygons( I don't think there's yellow polygon,atleast I was unable to find it) click on the painting again and it should reveal numbers red and green are associated with,for yellow we assume 1.

Do you go like 1-2-3-1-2-3 or 1-2-3-3-2-1?

I had also problem with black screen after clicking on "New game", where I had only subtitles, but no video. Problem lies with video codecs software. I don't know if all, but lot of games using for playing video files Windows Media Player.

I am using Shark Codecs for Windows and there is option "Disable Media foundation..." for various video formats. Mostly helps if you uncheck this option for MP4, but in this game there is MOV format used. After I unchecked it for this format, it started to work.

I'm not sure, but there are basically two general options. Either delete the folder in appdata.In this case:
C:\Users\*your name*\AppData\LocalLow\桃山プロダクション\奉仕人形のいる部屋からの脱出 v1.3.5
or
registry (find: 奉仕人形のいる部屋からの脱出 v1.3.5, delete)

I start a new game and after a short introduction and black screen, the game automatically completes and gives me a normal ending. I can't even play it. Does anyone know how to fix this?
