Can't speak for the author, of course, but the brother/sister relationship feels more natural given the plot and they have a very sweet relationship (that car ride conversation!). Whether that gets progressively more intimate and loving naturally or perhaps even coerced as part of the service, would be very kinky indeed and really hot.

This feels like it's all about female domination and it's delicious. I cannot explain how much I love Isabella's bitchiness. The writing is next-level.
Essentially, the women of the household you serve in command you to do their bidding. So you are dominated in the sense that you do what they tell you to do, but they might very well tell you to dominate another servant of the house. It's hard to put into tags to be honest.
