Hmmm....but then that raises the question do implants really matter for a soul to get bound to Eternum since she wouldn't have had an implant as an elf. There are theories on Idriel being the elf from Calypso's story (Anima)
Damn I took too long to typeI thought that for awhile myself. Until this part dropped and I saw that she doesn't have elf ears.

There is obviously more to Orion since we've seen his flashbacks throughout the game. So it could be his past self or something. But what about the human that freed Anima is that Orion Reincarnted or perhaps someone that Idriel chose to help free the NPC's?
Except Caly can change form well enough that she can hide her ears (see: her disguise back in the Ulysses party in 0.5). Who's to say Anima couldn't either?I thought that for awhile myself. Until this part dropped and I saw that she doesn't have elf ears.

Eternum has been open to travel long before the nerve implant existed. The Andromeda tapes mention it with the Alien creator traveling through it in his dreams and encountering a Xenomorph (this was before Ulysses was even a thing). Luna's Grandma had mentioned that her sister's interactions with the dead also touched upon talk of Eternum (the "each dead has their own little heaven" talk).Hmmm....but then that raises the question do implants really matter for a soul to get bound to Eternum since she wouldn't have had an implant as an elf.
Just your preferences and imagination , I suppose.hey everyone so i just started my run of eternum last month, great story btw, but was curious, the render quality or style was
Huh? There is no story behind it. Cari's been using the same engine with the same settings from the start of the game. The only difference is that his use of lighting and the way he takes shots gets a lot better as time goes on, so certain scenes look "better" even though the graphical settings remain unchanged.hey everyone so i just started my run of eternum last month, great story btw, but was curious, the render quality or style was different in the beginning which is fine but then i saw it change at some point in the story to it looking more realistic 3D and thought oh maybe the dev got a nicer PC around this chapter, but im at the part where they are planning the heist and it back to looking like the quality from the start of the game, I'm not complain its still cool but just wanted to know if there's a story behind this?? if anyone can fill me in its just curiosity haha

Because I certainly did not notice a difference. But then again I do feel that the render quality goes down when there's nova h-scenes, and yet again nova is my least favorite character in terms of appearance (sans chibi nova)
please dont kill me T_T
I noticed today that the woman in Orion nightmares has the same hairstyle as Idriel, coincidence or maybe they have some connection

That's because Benjamin got excommunicated, banned from Eternum. "Normal" death in Eternum doesn't equal to death in the real world, but excommunication is a different case.I think it is strange, that nobody remarks, that Jerry constantly dies and returns in the game, while Benjamin died in game and dies outside of it too. I mean it is almost a running gag of Jerry dying, but still nobody remarks it ingame as is "well there are reports of people dying and recovering ingame later ". I think there is some plot hole, I am still not through the complete novel, still at college helloween, but yeah, who knows why Jerry is ignored while benjamin is a mystrerious case.
Benjamin was an in-game rapist that flouted the rules multiple times. It's suspected that because he was a raving douchebag and wouldn't act in accordance with the rules, someone associated with Eternum sent some sort of feedback through the neural implant (my take, at least) to cause him to stroke out in reality when the Praetorians killed and excommunicated him in game.I think it is strange, that nobody remarks, that Jerry constantly dies and returns in the game, while Benjamin died in game and dies outside of it too.
