If we're taking votes on who to add as LIs then THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE! Say it with me now!I mean...theoretically maybe, but both Eternum and OiaL are structured very differently. OiaL hat basically two main LIs (Judie and Lauren) and various secondary LIs, some of which contributed almost nothing to the actual plot. In Eternum all the girls are main LIs with the only special case being Calypso. But all the girls know each other and all had and have their roles during vital plot points and story parts.
Eva was originally just a reminder to the player, that Eternum indeed is a porn VN.
And the point still stands, that it will be reasonably difficult to write the harem as is in a believable way, never mind adding another girl to the bunch that the others don't even know. It would make look Orion even worse. Even if the main LIs are all okay with being part of a harem, him having yet ANOTHER girl on the side? Nah...

Also, as an aside. Orion is a bit of an admitted pervert and a filthy scumbag, so him cheating on a partner or even cheating on an entire harem would fit and/or only add to the sexyness of those of us who enjoy such content.

By now part of the story seems to be (or to become) why that wouldn't fit to his character anymore. Honestly I'm not sure it would fit his character right now, to be honest...

Do we think the Polyjuice Potion will be used for the plot, or will it be used to unlock an extra spicy scene with one of the LIs?
I also hope we see more lewdness with Wenlin. I don't need a full scene or her to become a LI, but just some nice nudity and flirting in the future would hit the spot.

With how much build-up the Polyjuice has as an item (I mean we placed an order for it as far back as 0.4) it's highly likely that it's going to be story-related.

Right now, he's currently bleeding to death so he's unlikely to do much fucking*, but even now he's being called out by an omniscient being who seems to think he's been acting like quite the fuckboy. While i do think you're right in that he may change a bit after this traumatic experience, he also.... may not. And the degree or direction of that change is totally up for grabs. As it is, all we have is his past behaviour to go off of. He's fucking multiple girls, not telling any of them this (without protection, so better hope absolutely NO ONE has any STDs) setting himself up as their romantic partner. A friend of mine irl, calls this 'love bombing' when you pursue the fuck out of someone with texts, gifts, amazing dates, etc, until they become yours. But the problem is it rarely lasts. In this case, it's not even possible for it to 'last'. Someone is going to find out he's fucking their sister/mother/best friend/friend of a friend. If OiaL is anything to go by, they'll completely accept it instantly, but its interesting in that that's not how Caribdis writes the scenes now.
He deliberately has Orion hiding what he's doing from each girl. Making it seem like his actions are shameful or hurtful or at least, unexpected. Ergo, the story conditions us to think this is a plot point that will be explored. Whether that takes the form of more 'cheating' or simply a deus ex machina like before, no one can say for certain yet.
*thought I wouldn't rule it out, knowing him

I think Cari has realized, that the harem ending in OiaL was very much rushed and didn't really felt like it made much sense or at the very least very much stressed most peoples suspension of disbelief. So for Eternum he seems to set it up at least somewhat more realistic with Orion realizing that he does something that isn't 100% okay in almost all circumstances, but also with the girls already kinda low-key talking about sharing him in a few scenes here and there.
We'll see how well it will work out in the end, since a harem scenario is always inherently unrealistic (at least as long as the MC isn't exactly the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire or something), there will always be some cognitive dissonance and Cari has to be very careful not to make Orion look like a big asshole at least for a time. But the ending of the current patch seems to indicate, that he is aware of that and that he tries to counteract it.
