Yeah. Sis/mom will definitely not work with this story. But I guess cousin could. It depends how story develops in future.

I could rename the city as well if that helps with the problem. How about "Alabama"?

But yeah, for now I think Anne being a cousin is the only workable solution. I don't think extending family to Nancy and to her daughters worked out really well. Orion has some reservations with Anne, so thats why cousin might work, but we need to see Anne's reaction first to see if the cousin-relationship would work. Let the time flow.

Hmmm in this case it would be more like altering a few things than including new scenes right? After all no additional content has to be made, just some changes in dialogue unlike the other examples you mentioned. I can see both sides working, Annie is awkward enough around the MC that she could pass either as a little sister or a childhood friend in denial, and the host family being cousins/aunt or just his nanny's family are both viable options so far.
I mean the game is awesome as it is, but I wouldn't mind if someone made a patch in the same vein of Oialt either.

Don't think of Eternum as just a porn game, think of it as an engaging story with porn is the best I could describe my mindset when going through Eternum and damn did I have such a wonderful experience. The writing is good and characters could be considered so life-like even in the early stages of the story and seeing how Once in A Lifetime was done wonderfully. I have quite the high-hopes for this and it's already paying off. 10/10 really immersive experience would recommend even with the first release.

Damn! It is become harder to choose between waiting next 3 months for eternum 0.2 or next 3 months for epilogue of oialt and 6 months for eternum 0.2.
On the one hand I wish to know what will eternum's story develop and how we build our relationship with annie, luna, dalia and the girls, on the other hand I want to see more story about oialt and still miss lauren, judie and the other girls, it's fucking hard to choose either one of them! Why can't we have both at the same time? :cry:

Great job for a first release. I find the Ready Player One story type very nice. The characters are good as for personality and models. I really like your style and i love your writing. The soundtrack it really suits the game and the scenes. Now i wanna see former president Stabb! Keep it up!

I guess it's more to do with the fact that it was part of Once, people liked it and would expect the same thing again from the dev. I for one would absolutely love some wincest, but only if the totally non affiliated to Caribdis modder, always intended for that to be.

Now I understand why someone invented the 6-stars rating for hotels. The perfect score simply doesn't cut it. This game went beyond it. I don't wanna go too much overboard with the praise but I gotta tell it how it is.

Special note for the masterful use of sound effects and music in general.

Just finished it and so far this is already way better than Once In A Lifetime, a game that I already liked a lot. But this is on a whole other level so far. Others have pointed out the obvious Ready Player One vibes except this is actually funny when it wants to be, has a main character that isn't an arrogant bag of dicks, and overall doesn't make me feel like gouging my eyes out while reading it. If the guy who wrote RPO wasn't a fucking hack maybe that book could have been as good as this game so far. But probably not because this game would still have tits and the book didn't. So I guess it looks like Eternum wins on all fronts.

Anyway, I'm already a Patron so I can't subscribe again but I'm happy to see the money I've already paid out was supporting a project that I enjoyed so much. Eagerly anticipating the next chapter!
