I just played this game first time and must say i really enjoyed it very much. Yes there are not so many sex scenes but the whole story telling is really refreshing and i never get bored because it has so many different settings.
And the sex scenes are very great made and fit into the whole gorgous game. Now i have to wait for next update...its really a hard to wait game now for me...;-)

actually it seems to forcefully deny sex scenes when its a perfect time and place that makes complete sense to have a sex scene.... example... penelopies photo shoot.

The characters and story all fit in a very realistic environment for what it can be. I think too many honey select games have warped your mind so you think it's weird that anything remotely sexual in nature isn't instantly met with horny girls giving everything to the MC. That's just bad writing or not caring from other creators. I'd play this game if there was zero sex in it, that's how good it is.

It's called an AVN - the "N" stands for "Novel". As such, it has a story and the sex has to fit with the story. This isn't a 70s porno where you walk in, say two lines, one of which is "let's fuck" and the music starts while everyone drops their clothes. And since I don't know how fast you read, the lewd content may show up every 90 minutes or two hours for someone else - I don't recall it taking 4 hours to get such content.

It would seem natural to you for Penny, a virgin, to have sex with the MC at the photo shot, in a public place, with other people around and with a time crunch before even more people show up? That seems like a natural first time for a girl to go all the way? Yet you seem to also be complaining about the Nova/Maat scene as unnatural when it is in a virtual world. And you voluntarily passed up on the first possible sex scene in Eternum for... reasons? The scene with Penny had nudity, and there were two sex scenes in the latest update (out of two total updates), so the game is upping the lewd factor.

Anna is also shown she is a bit nervous and neurotic, it's part of her character, and she and the MC are both virgins so yes she freaked out and rushed off, and a few in game days go by, with her avoiding him... your issues seem rather odd and disjointed.

Constructive criticism is fine, but you sound rather contradictory in your wants and actions. You criticize there not being enough sex and then admit that you skipped the first sex scene. You say it was silly not to have a sex scene with Penny, a virgin, in the real world, but then criticize the virtual sex scene with Nova and Maat...

After seeing so many of his comments, it may be time to just put this kid on ignore - some folks lack the intellectual capacity to follow a storyline so they just don't get it, and likely never will.

You might be right. It seems that even though they complained about not seeing any sex they skipped the first sex scene for whatever reason, Hence why it took them "four hours" to get the next one.

If that isn't at least borderline troll behavior, I don't know what is.

Well, to be fair I also almost skipped that scene. Not a big fan of prostitution for 1, but also because I didn't wanna waste the money. Only reason I saw it was because I decided to say "fuck it" and save scum it before realizing I could keep the money anyway.

As in sneak peeks, iirc the dev publishes at least up to 4 of them in his Patreon. Also, check the progress bar (it's at 37% atm). That's how v0.4 is going for now.

Except this game is less of a traditional eroge and more along the lines of games like Soukou Akki Muramasa or Fate/Stay Night (or, if you're looking for western examples, City of Broken Dreamers or this dev's first game, Once in a Lifetime). That is, this one's more plot-first with a few lewd stuff sprinkled every now and then or far into the story when the relationships between the MC and the LI have progressed far enough for it to happen (exceptions to the rule being side girls and LIs who are more into the sex-before-love thing than most girls. See: Nancy and her horniness).

If you're not into those kinds of games then...this might not be your cup of tea, especially since the game's pretty conservative as far as sex scene count is concerned (about 1-3 scenes per update, with about 7 lewd scenes total as of 0.3).

His previous game used Honey Select 1 for the characters, this one use the secuel HS-2. (both with mods that add hair styles,tattos,clothes,etc, i dare assume)

My JPVN knowledge is kinda limited for me to make any solid recommendations, but uh...

If you can stomach having Lovecraftian horror and gore in your VN's, Saya no Uta is a good title (albeit short as far as VNs are concerned).

There's also G-senjou no Maou (Devil on G String) if you like VN's with drama and intrigue. A lot of people cite this as one of the best JPVNs out there but personally I thought it was great at best (but not perfect). Maybe it's because I'm not much into having waterworks mixed with my hentai (especially since ALL routes basically have some drama of sorts in this title), but that's just me.

Heard some good things about the Grisaia series as well (you can find the first game and series' play order right here). Will probably tackle them when I find the time to go through all of them at once.

I really hope the Quality is still the same but I'll be looking it on a positive perspective perhaps he gain a new Crewmate to reduce the workload and increase the efficiency of work. Or he did get new cheaper gpus(for rendering) with crypto plummeting.
