Once ever after has a funny scene relating to that. The game takes place in a multiverse where every world is a version of the fairytale of the little red riding hood. The female protagonist comes from a porn-version of that fairytale and because of that origin she basically activates porn logic in a bubble around herself.
Two people you meet like each other, but can't really do anything since there's just too much ... size difference ... between them. So at some point they just ask the mc to just stay next to their room for a while, so that they can have sex, because the porn-logic bubble makes it possible and fun instead of painfull.

That'll never happen, in far too many games the cervix is practically treated as a secondary clit nearly, where hitting it is pleasurable to the girl getting fucked, as opposed to potentially incredibly painful like it should be.
