Interesting faction name tbf. Also, Penny has followers on Instagram in Eternum. The handsy guy that got told off by the protagonist at Loco's Café was one and some girls at Warthogs recognized her and asked her for an autograph I believe it was. She might form her own fanbase as she gains more experience there.
