Considering the fact that the first choice you make in a new game right after Annie's quick introduction is whether or not to enable pregnancy content I'd say that the permutations were planned for.

Oh my, if Mr. Money Bags does learn of that "happy accident", provided the protagonist and his rebel daughter escape from his armed escorts in v0.7, he'll be sending a bloody army after him to eliminate him. Not to mention the mental shock and him possibly passing out due to his mind struggling to process what Alex said.

Actually that is one of the reasons for me, why it will likely not play much of a part in the game to begin with, similar to OiaL.

Yeah I don't see the "baby-boom" happening before the endings as it's a choice made in the beginning, it will probably just change some renders/dialogs during the game, as you said like in OIALT

And honestly I don't...I think I picked the preg content, but I'm not sure I want that anymore, I don't think it makes too much sense as of now.

So, since the update has been out for a long time, I'm going to say what I was thinking after the end: is there any possibility of Alex starting to live in the MC's house ? After all, after her house was invaded by her father and his henchmen and also because it is a dangerous neighborhood, I believe it would be a sensible choice to make.
