Isn't the joke technically that she pretty much doesn't drink anything and just feels like she can't drink anymore?
More like she's such a lightweight that she can't hold down one beer. Technically, with such low endurance, she should be done for the next game but she wouldn't have that moment of Awesome with a rocket if she was still hungover.
