(Also I suppose it didn't help that SOME people just had to yap at the YT comments of some artists that had their songs featured in Eternum which eventually put the game in their crosshairs. Thanks a lot guys. Really did a solid for Cari there. :cautious:)

Note that for some songwriters this is It won't be a plus, but on the contrary it will be a minus! :cautious: Although they should be grateful that their soundtracks on YouTube have always been known because of Eternum

I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happened to Badik, Eternum and they always had and still have top soundtracks...
and thanks to that they sometimes even become trending on YouTube and Spotify

Well this just fucking sucks! Any idea which songs we are talking about?
Also, calling all modders, please restore the original music please!

So current walkaround is to keep the old version (0.8.5) and simply play new chapters on the new copy (0.9 and so on). Saves are universal so there shouldn't be an issue to play first eight chapters in one version and then switch to another and load the same save.

It sucks howvere that Cari won;t be able to use these songs in the future scenes, as he had a manner of doing that with great timing.

Royalty Free Music TOS prevents the usage of any track for anything pornographic (which unfortunately AVNs fall under). The only reason Cari got away with it for this long was because the game was flying under the radar compared to the AVNs in Steam. However, considering that the game continues to become increasingly popular and with more fans alerting Royalty Free Music artists about the game through mentions in the YT comments, it was only a matter of time until the CnD letter showed up.

AI-made music (i.e. Cosmic Dreams track used during the beginning of the Andromeda event), commissioned pieces from indie artists (i.e. Good Friends track used for the Annie penetration scene), and tracks from sites that don't have strict ToS usage I suppose.
