Where do you see this 85% status update ? The last one I can find here is 81%, and cannot find anything on the patreon page.

So it's 86% not 85%, i.e. a 5% progress compared to usual 6%. So bitofaperv you're clearling stretching it a lot more than it actually is, it's only a 1% difference from usual.

thing is, this lower progress took way longer than usual (20 days, for 5% instead of the more usual 12-15 days for 6%) it came down due to some hardware issues that slowed rendering. hopefully that has already beem fixed.

3 years is more likely, if current progress and releases remain steady, we'll likely see the end in late 2027.

That's assuming he sticks to having 13 updates and not, say, get itchy with wanting to make the next game so he reduces it to 12 but compensates by slightly increasing the render count of the remaining ones so that they appear meatier.

I live next to China so....yeah I don't want my country got involved in the China bombing thing thank you. Also just for say but I want Eternum 2 if he plan to end the game in around 13 update. Because the world he has present in Eternum is full of possibility for him to write a story about another set of characters and their adventure cause every worlds in there is unique therefore MC and his girls must not be the only one affected by it.

Some people think so too but from what Cari mentioned in Discord he's considering setting the next game in a different setting/continuity, likely so he could write a new story without being hindered by the consequences/state of the world after a previous entry (i.e. writing a story years after the potential fall of Ulysses and the world economy being in turmoil due to that).
Again tho, he's simply considering it, as he also stated that having all his stories be set in one universe has a certain appeal to it. I suppose we'll see what he decides on when he eventually announces the third title (which is currently in pre-production as we speak).
