Quick question for those that play this game: is this just a straight up visual novel (as in, the only gameplay is choosing boxes as the story unfolds), or are you able to "roam" around the place, interact with characters at your own pace, etc?

Falazio in particular is a character from Fates Collide. Chang actually appears in that game, so is sort of a back and forth cameo. And yes, that is most definetly the same guy sending those messages. Just Falazio things

You shouldn't need to, as RenPy cunningly stores them somewhere where the updated game can access them.
If you really need to find the save file (or for any RenPy game) on windows...
C: > Users > (username) > AppData > Roaming > RenPy > Eternum

By the way, whoever Orion cums inside during a Nancy/Nova threesome in Eternum is gonna get pregnant. It makes sense with Nova cause she's in her real body, but Nancy should be wearing an implant. I'm not gonna complain about it though.

Don't see anything there that could indicate Pregnancy tho. "Creampie = True" could just be used later on in a conversation when you creampie them again in a future scene, otherwise the Pregnancy on-off option at the beginning of the game would be rendered pointless.

Could be, but Caribdis used that pattern, i.e. name + creampie, for pregnancies back in OIALT when you were given the choice to creampie someone or not.

The way it worked in OIALT is that he tracked creampie choices regardless, but the according conversations wouldn't pop up if you had the pregnancy option disabled.
