She's smart all right. Happy harem means happy Orion and happy Orion means more sex for Nancy.I had no doubt that Nancy was a lustful and smart pervert
Hello, I have a problem. Does save files isn't compatible with this version? I can't open my save from 0.7 version but can't open it on 0.8. What can I do?
Thx u so much. Did you follow any walkthroughs or just yours?
For some reason it doesn't make any sense to me, especially for an incest patch setting, not to mention that the father took Orion in the UK, leaving Dalia and Penny with Nancy, which is a weird plot for incest.I only just started playing this one and I instantly had a thought during the early scene on the train when the MC is inner monologuing the shit out of things, particularly about Annie, Nancy and Dalia. Basically, did anyone else get a very strong "I am actually playing the game without an i-patch right now" kind of vibe from that bit of exposition? I mean, come freaking on! It would be "weird" to date one's "childhood friend" because "that's just not the kind of relationship they have?" And Nancy being the MC's "babysitter?" Come on, man...
It just feels like these relationships are haphazardly thrown into the game to cover up what would otherwise be an incest-centric set of relations, all to be fixed and thus revealed with the use of a handy little patch. And yet there is evidently no i-patch available for the game. None that I have seen at least...
...Am I just "overthinking" things here, or did anyone else get the same general vibe from that part of the game?

Shouldn't there be any issues with the save files. All files are usable from release to release. My guess is that either your save file got corrupted, or you were using any mod and now you aren't.Hello, I have a problem. Does save files isn't compatible with this version? Edit: I know the game "isn't supposed to" have any incest in it, by the way. I am not totally clueless! (Just partially.) I just get that vibe, you know?

Annie and Orion both have different fathers (and were shown as such in the flashbacks). No, they do not have the same mother either. Orion would've mentioned something along the lines of Annie's mother having the closest thing he has to his real mother if that was the case.Basically, did anyone else get a very strong "I am actually playing the game without an i-patch right now" kind of vibe from that bit of exposition? Not this again please.
As already said several times around here, I'm pretty sure this is mainly to assure issues with Patreon. Unfortunely Patreon and their payments companies are being retarded into what could and couldn't be accepted on the platform. Most fans now that Caridbis wants to please the biggest amount of people possible, yet he can't risk losing his sustain. It sucks, but it's the way it is.
Finally, let's not forget that sometimes it's quite hard to write in a way that doesn't bring inconsisties to both possible plots. And I say this with me being a fan of incest in games. I'm not stating that you're wrong, I'm saying that it is the way it is.
Fellas, chill, I know "what's what" with the game. I am just saying that scene in particular gave me the distinct "I am playing the game without an i-patch" vibe. I know full well there is no incest in the game and that there never was any intention of such by the dev. Admittedly I didn't know it had been pointed out before, but honestly... I shouldn't be surprised. It was a pretty basic observation as far as those go.Annie and Orion both have different fathers (and were shown as such in the flashbacks). While there is an option later on for Orion to call Nancy "mommy," that option feels like it's added there for the kink rather than the dev waving the flag saying "BLATANT INCEST VIBES," especially when you consider Penny's flashback later on where the Carters weren't really that emotional/torn-up when Orion revealed that he was leaving for the UK. Even Orion's homecoming in the present is treated more like a family friend returning instead of a brother/son coming back, with the reunion being less tearful/emotional.

I get what you mean, especially if you only consider earlier versions (up to 0.4 or so). The whole incest thing is so prevalent in this niche of games that the idea of poorly disguised familial relationships warps the storytelling in so, so many of them; Cari might have defaulted to that sort of set up when he started (OiaLT was an incest game, afterall). However, I do think that he's been doing a great job of avoiding many of the clichés that grate on my nerves – you know, "I shouldn't, she's my landlady!" (So fucking what?) and so on – as he further develops his characters.Fellas, chill, I know "what's what" with the game. ...But anyway, my point was just that it felt like the dev (most likely unintentionally) wrote the scene in such a way that it gave off that particular feel. That's all.

Oh, I was using Sancho mod back then. I guess it is the problem. Because I can open it in other version.Shouldn't there be any issues with the save files. My own theory is that it refers to the ongoing massacre of NPCs by the Xenomorphs. First in Andromeda and then also in Valley of the Kings. I really hope it doesn't refer to a future event in Hyril'ardo you think "the genocide" will be in 0.9 or will it be in 0.10 ?
It would be a legit reason for Caly to be forced to leave her home and stick with Orion tho. Otherwise the latter would end up having to leave her and thus write her out of the story (unless some plot convenient scenario happens again where Orion is able to come and go as he pleases thus allowing him to keep seeing Caly...but I dunno, that sounds like it'll slow down the pacing a tad IMO).My own theory is that it refers to the ongoing massacre of NPCs by the Xenomorphs. I agree we need a good reason for Calypso to stay with the gang even after finding her way home. It's just that it would suck if Hyril'ar is destroyed. She deserves better than that.It would be a legit reason for Caly to be forced to leave her home and stick with Orion tho. Could be possible if the one initiating the genocide is after Orion and Caly (i.e. Thanny), as the solution is obviously to flee so that the initiator would be forced to stop the massacre and pursue the two to wherever world they jump to (unless it happens to be Kredon, in which case Thanny might end up having to sit it out until Orion jumps back to Eternum). It's just that it would suck if Hyril'ar is destroyed. Could end up being a Helm's Deep moment where the survivors of the initial massacre show up in the final battle to assist the WRE just as they're about to be overrun (especially if Caly had no way of knowing if anyone survived following the jump...if that scenario ends up happening anyway). There has been talk of an upcoming war. The Xenomorph invasion was likely the first shot in that war. I could easily see WRE and Hyril'ar becoming allies.
