I just looked in to check the progress of the next update... and sounds like it's getting closer and the .8 sounds like it's gonna be huge. I can't wait.
Nobody really knows but there most likely won't be any pregnancy content with the main LI's until the very last few updates, since having a pregnant belly in the scenes would double the amount of renders. Although I guess we might see pregnancy referred to in "dirty talk" before then.

Weeeell...sadly probably not gonna happen, since she had a scene in the 0.7 update and with "only" 4 scenes in 0.8 those will likely go to other girls like Dalia for example.

Eternum is by far my favorite AVN, Caribdis always brings quality to the table.
Which is why daknopr and I decided to work on a high quality Spanish translation of the game, for both Spain and Mexico styles. It's currently being developed, and the Spain version is already published up to 0.3, in case anybody wants to try it!

Thanks for your input, you're absolutely right. I edited my original post to make it clearer.
I'm curious - how varied is the plotline? I played it back when the version was like 0.2, so it was too early to say. Do your choices actually matter (either for the characters, or the world), or are they more of a way for you to get points and thus decide whether you want to be with X character or not?

The plot in this game (as with Caribdis' first game) is mostly linear and while several endings are likely Eternum is certainly meant to be played with the full harem. Anything else is considered heresy anyway
There is no major branching if that is what you are looking for. There are some minor (very short) scenes in case of some closed paths, but again, the content is delivered mostly linearly and over the course of all LI's routes, effectively just having you miss stuff with basically any route you close.
There will likely be solo (and perhaps secret) endings as well as a bad ending going by what the first game had. Your choice if you want to go for it. Most decisions are for points and either keep you on a route or close it. The exception are some decisions that foreshadow a potential bad end, but that likely won't come into play until late in the plot.
October/November as many posts on recent pages have already detailed. Public release might fall into December though ignoring the likely leak happening before that.
