Totally could be, and the Lunannie threesome is only a fallback, but why have that and only that variable check? Wouldn't make much sense if a player was on only Luna and Annie path if this led only to the harem end or some other threesome, since players would get the line and then it wouldn't come true. While Cari is a troll, I would argue that the check is still a good indicator in spite of what he's baiting us with on discord

I'm not saying that the Luna-Annie threesome isn't likely, because obviously it is. I'm just saying it may not be only a threesome (notwithstanding Cari's comment about rendering more than 3 characters in animations; there are ways around that and/or it's possible he's gotten better hardware since then (also possible he hasn't; I have no idea whatsoever!)).

As for the programming, I could see a case for the game only checking the variable for Annie's path in that scene because that's the only one that matters in that moment when Luna and Annie are touching. It's easy to write another variable check later on when the scene is about to happen to determine whether it's a threesome or a moresome.*



*This is, of course, again ignoring the technical/time constraints of rendering such a scene. That's a whole other thing.

It's also worth noting that he does have someone hired to do a lot of the animations for him now. This allows them to become larger and more complex without taking time and effort away from the story, and it allows more experimentation in the scenes themselves. Not a guarantee that we'll get bigger scenes in the future, certainly, but I do think it's a more open possibility than it was back when that interaction first happened.

[0.9] - Progress Report #3

Hello everyone!!!
Hope you’ve all had a fantastic week!
I know I haven’t been posting much lately, and the progress percentage updates have slowed down a bit (mostly because I underestimated the amount of renders and coding required for these final scenes of the update) but rest assured, I’ve been working hard on the game!
Here’s a new progress report to let you know that everything’s still right on track!

If you’ve been reading my previous posts, you probably already know about the setbacks we ran into this cycle (first with the music, then with the payment processor censorship) so I won’t bore you with all that again today.
I just really want to thank you all for the comments you left on the Progress Report #2 post. Reading your messages honestly meant the world to me. Knowing you’ve got my back helped me a lot during a rough moment, and it really eased my anxiety ❤❤❤

Thankfully, things have been going a lot smoother lately, and I’ve been able to work on the update without any major hiccups!
Just yesterday, I fully finished the third lewd scene for this update, which means there’s only one left! (As you know, there’ll be 4 full H-scenes in version 0.9). After that, I just need to wrap up a few remaining story sections and the ending of the update. Once all that’s done, all that'll be left will be the polishing and proofreading phase!

Here are the current stats at the moment of me writing this report:

1,774 renders

66 animations

18,000 lines of code
All of these already fully coded, with transitions and music integrated!
If you compare it to the previous update, you’ll notice this one already has more renders and more lines of code than version 0.8, which was already huge. And there’s still plenty left to do, so it’s now almost guaranteed that this update will surpass 2,000 renders by the time it’s done!
I know you guys have been waiting for quite a while, and I can tell you now that the next update after this one will be smaller (which means a shorter development time too).
That said, the amount of content in this update definitely won’t disappoint! You can expect several hours of new content at an average reading pace. This update has it all: funny moments, epic fights, emotional scenes, shocking revelations, and of course... plenty of romantic and SPICY moments with your favorite girls

If all goes well, I'm aiming for a release in December (at least for the highest tiers, you know there's always a couple or three weeks of early access before the public release). It’s not set in stone yet, but I’m feeling confident that I’ll be able to finish everything by then if nothing happens!
Even if I go quiet for a bit, remember that I read every single comment you leave and reply to every DM you send (even if it sometimes takes me a few days)!

So from the progress report, it looks like Penny will be in the drinking/sexy card game as well and in Sneak Peak #4 we see her in a bikini when she is staring down Orion.

Thinking back on how Cari asked for people's opinions on whether 2 scenes could take place at the same time (only getting to see one of them): of the 4 likely scenes we are getting, the only thing that makes sense for the splitting to be consideration would be if the following scenes were both supposed to happen after the card game: 1. Alex & Dalia Threesome 2. Penny scene.

The reasoning being that the other 2 scenes are Caly and Luna, and it makes no sense why those scenes would have any timing issues with the others.
