It's not that they can't do anything, it's that Caribdis is already partly one of the famous in the creation of avn and even in patreon...

Royalty free still has rules about how it can or can't be used. Your company may send out movie copyright claims, but you clearly have no idea of how that system works.

Eternum still contains IP from Atomic Heart, Silent Hill, Alien. And I might be missing some others.
