You need to trigger the "who else have been in the Janitor's Room" line - I don't recall how. Then with pills in hand, go and confront the Janitor to make him spill the beans. That'll bring you to the culprit after which the quest becomes pretty self-explanatory.
I understood your point, but how the game behaves isn't making sense, at least for me, I've already talked to everyone, I've clicked on several places to understand if there's something different and, above all, I've spoken several times with the janitor and nothing has happened. the "story" follows...
Yeah, I had the same experience. I felt like a lot of days were just unproductively wasted. The Janitor won't be in the IT class room, on his phone, every day - waiting for that to happen felt like a chore for sure.

Did you manage to get past this part? who manages to get the pills from the drawer... the sequence is complicated for me, I think the story stops here, I don't see any other option.
F95 is certainly not the best place for game help. I would recommend joining the Discord, where you can get some assistance (and report feedback).

Yes, I did - I progressed until having confronted the culprit and the next few steps as well.
I came here again to thank those who wanted to help me, I started the whole game again and finally there was a failure in the process, which is why I couldn't continue... after taking the pills I couldn't continue talking to the caretaker... anyway, now I managed to finish this version of the game and I'm looking forward to the next update, congratulations developer!

Apparently you need to go see the guy as soon as you get the pills. I did it and it worked for me.
