Anybody know how to get to full-screen mode? Haven't played this in so long?

Bit of a necro, but as I'm just trying out this game for the first time, I thought I'd mention how to get full-screen for people:

Open system.ini, and change 'WindowMode=1' to 'WindowMode=0'
