Just curious I have a whole folder called scenes but have yet to see one. What am I doing wrong?

Easy way is going to get the Treatments. They pay some bucks, raise Fem/Slut and later on Bimbo if Im not mistaken. The Treatments you can get are based on your Stats. So the earlier you go the more you can do.
Clothes should be tied to those stats. Always got them kinda late so not sure.
As receptionist I never get the "Jessica and Jake" story point. I took all the others before. No more event to get it.
I was playing the damsel route and in it when reminiscing she speaks about being a man even though on this route she was never a man. I was hoping that could be changed to reflect a short explanation as to why she is there instead and leave the other exppanation to the man turned woman route.

Why is this a thing? Why are there so many "Oh you used to be a guy but now you're a girl and this all happens before the game really starts" games? Just make it a female protag and be done with it there's no reason to make it so convoluted.

There is an option for that at the start of the game. It is also interesting putting a guy in a girl's body and having them adjust to life.
I've been asking this for years! It's so annoying how so many games do this. I was so glad when I saw this game now has a female start but it's so buggy and flawed that it destroyed any hope I had of playing it at least this year.
I get that the theme is meant to be slow and gradual corruption of sorts, but these things should come naturally as you play the game.
At the start most content is locked behind "corruption" stats and the things available will barely raise it, if at all.
So you go to the Psyche Clinic 3 times a day, wait through the slow initialization process each time and head to bed. Now repeat this for nearly a week and most content should be unlocked.
The Psyche Clinic is just horribly implemented.
I'd solve it by:
1. Make a few more tasks and events available at minimum corruption, more forced ones that are normally too extreme for the MC's current mindset could also help.
2. Give out more corruption points and add more lewd content at early stages.
3. Remove all corruption increases from the Psyche Clinic and instead have it be a necessary precursor to being able to "reflect" and raise your stat's level.
