I put my laptop down while playing the game in the process somehow I removed the actions screen. I tried to load an old save. I have gone into the setting and selected the action show/hide setting multiple times and nothing happens. I restarted the game and computer with no change. I am certain this is a simple fix but I don't know what it is, any suggestions would be welcomed.

I got back the proofread story last week from darkpoenplace. His work is amazing! The new story will feature Sasha and is called 'Pool Girl Stories - Sasha'. It will be replayable like all the other events and stories.
The new story will be the main feature of the release with a few minor features added and a whole lot of bug fixes. I'll probably end up overhauling 20% of the game by the time I'm done. There were a lot of things that simply didn't make a lot of sense in the game and hopefully I've addressed some of those.
A few minor features that I can remember:
Because roughly 20% of the game was overhauled, a new game is recommended but not required.
I should be able to meet the November 29 release date. Stay tuned...

The new story will be the main feature of the release with a few minor features added and a whole lot of bug fixes. I'll probably end up overhauling 20% of the game by the time I'm done. There were a lot of things that simply didn't make a lot of sense in the game and hopefully I've addressed some of those.
A few minor features that I can remember:
- Added pictures for most of the exercise activities in the game
- A few added pictures to University activities
- Gang robberies can be fully automated now if you so desire (assertiveless automated Scouting and Shadowing which was excellent). You now have the option to setup a semi-permanent driver, gunman, and money bagger.
- You should be able to cover girls with small breasts completely with cum now even though you don't have the 'Titty Fuck' option. When you orgasm from a blowjob, you now have the option of covering her small breasts. I discovered this in-game and was surprised that no one brought this issue up in the past (that I can recall at least).
Because roughly 20% of the game was overhauled, a new game is recommended but not required.

The release is being uploaded but it comes with a warning. It's more like an alpha release than a beta release. I wanted to do a through testing and I'm simply trying to stay awake. I won't tell you how many hours I've been up without sleep but it's a lot.
I just bit off more than I could reasonably handle. I was trying to overhaul how NPCs were handled in the game and it's more like a 2 month project, not a 2 week project. So I ended up reverting a bunch of code that I wanted to release with, sigh...
The release still comes with numerous bug fixes and small improvements as well as the highlight of the release, the new Sasha story (a member of Leah's little gang of miscreants). I'll fix bugs as needed and do a bit more testing once I get some sleep.
You're welcome to try the new version with an existing save game but if it blows chunks then you'll be forced to start over. There are plenty of available cheats to speed your progress through the game. Using cheats I was able to begin accessing the many events and stories in the game after only a few short minutes. It will take you several hours to set your whores, slaves, and gang back up however.
As previously stated, you will have to reply 'Pool Girl Stories - Leah' before accessing the new story. There are necessary hooks that I added to skybarbie's story in order for the new 'Pool Girl Stories - Sasha' story to function properly (that skybarbie didn't include due to not completing the story).
I'm happy to see a few new fans here. In the past, the developers were lucky to get 5-9 players liking their posts. The upload still has at least two hours left so hopefully I'll see you then...

- You will now be notified when one of your workers or gang members are caught by the police and are in jail. I know that many people speed through reading the 'End of Day Earnings Report' and miss this important information.
- Added 'Legal Businesses' as a shortcut to the 'Secret Office' screen for quicker access
- I ended up overhauling roughly 10% of the game with partial overhauls with character creation, NPC stories, NPC Generation, Gangs, End of Day Earnings Report, etc.
- I removed multiple tasks/options that didn't make sense when interacting with certain NPCs. For example, why would you want to do a Setup on your mother. The available options are more fitting to the NPC since I gave them additional conditions. I feel the options are more fitting and immersive now.
- Over 60 bug fixes and code cleanup. Removed and consolidated duplicate code

Installation
It installs like all the other updates. Copy the .7z archive to your base Evil 2 game folder - right-click - 7z - Extract Here - Replace and Overwrite All - You should be prompted to replace existing files. If you aren't, then you didn't install it correctly.
For a full installation of the game you need these three parts (nothing more, nothing less): 0.55, 0.59, and 0.69. Install them in that order if you are doing a new installation.
Existing Save Games
May or may not work. If you get too many bugs then you'll have to start a new game. With my testing I didn't have any glaring issues with a new game.
Run these console commands twice in the spectre1viper command injector (four separate commands, existing save games only):
num=0 & npc=0 & idx=0 & i=0 & gs'girlstorydyn'
num=0 & npc=0 & idx=0 & i=0 & gs'boyfriendsistem'
gs'dyn' & gs'dyn2' & gs'dyn3' & gs'dinsex' & gs'dinsex2' & gs'textref' & gt'place_main'

For some weird reason, trying to force an update in the code doesn't work but putting the same code in the command injector works like magic!
Notes
You'll need to replay 'Pool Girl Stories - Leah' if you want my new story to work correctly. You have the option to replay this in the Computer menu. darkpoenplace did an amazing job with proofreading and testing the story! Thank you! Please show him your appreciation if you feel inclined.
The new story has been heavily tested. It's the rest of the game that I'm unsure about...
For a full installation of the game you need these three parts (nothing more, nothing less): 0.55, 0.59, and 0.69. Install them in that order if you are doing a new installation. If you've been playing version 0.65 or newer, you only need to download and install the 0.69 beta update.
Menial jobs at game start have been disabled for now until they are properly fixed. I increased starting money so that they really aren't needed. Purchase the farm and meet girls to train them as whores and slaves. You can also make a good amount of money by learning programming and working as a programmer (freelance, making porn games, etc.).
Beginner's Guide
This is the recommended screen layout that myself and all the past developers have used. The events and stories in the game are optimized for this window configuration. You shouldn't have to scroll up or down (during any of the events or stories) if you have the window positions optimized like this:
Recommended Tip: Increment your save games and don't constantly save over the same save file. During the last month of feverish development, I had one case where my save game was corrupted and wouldn't load. Thankfully, I only lost an hour of playtime. Every hour I increment my save file by 1 (new game 1, new game 2, new game 3, etc.). There have been at least two players who complained in this forum that they lost everything due to only having one save game file and it got corrupted.

It includes version 0.65 also sorry. That is why the download is so large. So you still need three parts for a full installation: 0.55, 0.59, and 0.69

For veterans of the game, if you want an ultra fast start with nearly everything already purchased, do the following:
Run the 'Crushboss' cheat twice
Run the following command in the 'spectre1viper command injector': dynamic $d_noobtrain
Run the 'Pimp me' cheat twice
Both the 'Crushboss' and 'Pimp me' cheats can be found at the bottom of the 'additional description' window. These are heavy duty cheats so I don't recommend using them unless you've played through the game a couple of times and want to eliminate most of the grind.
The noobtrain cheat will enable dark mode, disable autosaves, and disable the random sex system. You can change these with the following console commands:
dark_mode=0
autosavedisable=0
disable_random_sex=0
You will still need to visit Mabuta at the strip club and make a deal with him before your whores and slaves work more than one day. Once you train up a high level soldier in your gang and max out his shooting skill, it's time to set him up as a hitman and eliminate Mabuta. I recommend that the hitman have at least 10 kills before trying. Killing Mabuta is difficult and nearly impossible if you don't kill him on the first or second try. That is why I always have my best soldier as the gunman for robberies to increase his kill count.
If you want to populate your game with random NPCs, you can additionally use this console command: gs'femalegen'
I use these cheats and commands to quickly build up my game to start the events and stories in Evil 2. You have the same tools that I use now. If you are new or newish to the game I don't recommend using any of these cheats. New players should play through the game normally the first time (recommended).

Let me be the first to congratulate you on a job well done! Sasha's story is more involved than I had planned. It's a great addition to the game and you nailed it!
Thank you for finishing what I left undone! It's as good or better than I would have accomplished. I really enjoyed the plot twist in the middle of the story! I didn't see that one coming. The sex story with Sasha was awesome! You also nailed the playful banter and teasing! That's one of the things I like about the MC the most throughout all the events and stories in Evil 2.

Just wanted to confirm, not sure if I did something wrong or not, but after all of the stories, including the latest ones from 0.69, the only ones with matching/consistent sex scenes are those with Anna and Phoebe, right? It looks like Leah et al are all random after the story.

Correct. Matching content with Leah, Nina, Melissa, and others is needed and was planned before skybarbie and I stopped developing for the game a while back. I 100% agree that it needs to be done but my focus with version 0.69 was just finishing what skybarbie left unfinished in 'Pool Girl Stories - Leah'.

Try this. As long as you are doing a university playthrough with classmates this should make it impossible to get that bug.
Run the following twice in the 'spectre1viper command injector':
gs'dyn3'
I did not use the option 'cut ties' at all - everyone is still in the game.
noobtrain - did you change something on the NPC Creation routine, in this playthrough I have a ridicoulous amount of 16 and 17 years old woman who are either junkies or prostitutes already, and compared to the old version its a lot less beauiful NPC who are in their late 20s for example. also 7 of 30 classmates on the university are 17 . Also 7 of 30 were already created as addict/junky
