Mabuta bug will be fixed in the next release. Until then, you'll have to live with it sorry. The setting gets refreshed daily so console commands won't fix the issue.
You have to visit the chief of police in the strip club and have maxed your relationship with him. After Rogozov warns you about something, do as he says. I fixed the 'Stranded Motorist' event so it can't trigger before the 'Farm College Hazing' event (in the next release).
you need to fiend someone who has served in the army and offer to make him a hitman, then give him a sniper rifle and 50,000 and order Mabuta (not 100% succesful)
Thanks, I got the event, though I think there is a little bug in the end where even if you chose the "take the girl to the farm" option, the girl doesn't become a slave and her contact is added as a regular sexual partner.

Also, what is the point of using a hot tub? I assumed it gives you energy, but you can't use it if you're exhausted.

It does a few minor things like giving you 1 energy and reducing your fat by 1. It is mostly used to invite your maids to join you and have some fun together.
I removed the energy requirement so you can now use it if you are completely exhausted in the next release.

You aren't supposed to do anything. Mansion security just informed you of a possible threat and took care of the situation without having to involve you. I'm guessing that this feature was put in for immersion and to make it feel like the mansion is an active place with things going on in it. I can see how it can be confusing to some players. It is just meant to add realism to the game...
If you own the mansion and don't have enough security, there is a chance of the mansion being robbed and you lose money.
Update:
If you guys wanted, I could add a small amount of text so that you could talk with mansion security and find out what is going on...

Would it be possible to gangbang your mom/family members with your gang or other family members. similar to how matuba would have sex with your girlfriends etc when he’d confront you with his gang. once you got your family members to join your gang or you decided how you wanted to approach people you can have the option of sharing them or assigning them to be whores or killers etc. I haven’t played in a while and downloading noobtrains version

OP looks awesome! Only so much you can do when this is a remake of an abandoned game, AND the previous two developers decided to stop working on it (no judgment there BTW, I probably would have done the same). Given all of that though, I think you've now made it abundantly clear what the current status is and how to get the most out of this game, without too much hand-holding.
noobtrain You're doing an amazing job on this, and even if you get the occasional entitled idiot who complains or asks a dumb question, please know that your work is very much appreciated and this game is now more enjoyable than ever thanks to you!

No, the premise of the game is being evil. Legal activities are just there to earn you enough money to get started on the hardcore activities such as adding whores and slaves to your business. This game wasn't designed for you to be a good person all the time, sorry. The first four letters of the game title should give you a hint...

Would you please show the correct folder hierarchy and it's contents? I.E. Evil/ZLO/ciafix1/cia. I don't think that hierarchy is correct because I can't even start the game.
