- The dorm quest is now modular, and the event chain is in its own location.
- Wandering around the dorms is an action you can take from your room now, no need to keep talking to Tapestry. You will still need to talk to him to unlock the option, though.

I have some trouble starting the game. I use QSP 1.9 and everytime , in the character creation , i click " go to the capital " the game crashes and the QSP close.

You should use the old version of the QSP player, the executable should be qspgui.exe, not qqsp.exe. For some reason that I haven't pinpointed yet, the game hates the new qsp player.

Before working on slave maids you might want to fix a bug that happens with the regular maids where their clothing texts just keeps stacking on every time you open and close their dialogue windows.
Apparently the proper version of player is included in the OP's linked zip files. As for the version, I believe it was the official version, 5.7.0 (official website link:

It was a bug with dresses in general, but since the player can't buy dresses it could only be seen in npcs, and since the maid outift is a dress, it would appear there consistently

- Random events added in the college! They aren't much, but they're only really there to add a little flavor anyway!
- Random chats - You will see this around 40% of the time. A random student will chat with you about a random topic, usually with a positive outcome and an improved opinion.
- Random thugs - Sometimes you will get jumped at school. What, you thought you were the only one bullying the other student? You could fight them, sure, or you could just get a gun or form a gang. These aren't the real thugs you see on the streets, they're wannabe thugs, they'll get scared at even a little show of power.
- Random encounters with unique students - there are three unique students in your class: the class slut, the class shemale, and the class princess. Now, you'll get hints as to who's who with rare random events.
- Random sluts - you might see some college sluts getting frisky. Really nothing else to it.
- Random harassment - if you have a reputation as a whore, you'll find yourself getting harassed by random guys on-campus. These encounters will actually drain your self-confidence, but very slowly. I might add options for dominant sluts in the future, who knows. (There is a silly harassment in there, I know, I just couldn't resist a good bitch-slap)
- Adjusted code for Tapestry, now he'll actually treat you like the Masha you are even if you have a low reputation.

- Castrat.jpg is the image used when your character somehow has a dick but no balls. It will show up when you castrate a slave. Otherwise, if you somehow manage to get your balls to size 0 it will show up. I couldn't find anything at a glance that actually removes your balls but leaves your dick, though.
- If you meant the chastity cage, I think it's mostly for people with a cuckoldry fetish, if you use certain options with your wife she'll put it on you and get fucked in front of you. I also think you have to get her to follow you.
- No wiki or walkthrough to my knowledge, though I don't really know. Personally, most of my knowledge of the game comes from this thread and from going through the code myself.

Check if you have that image.
For that particular image, I noticed certain versions of the game that are bundled with images changed their files. If you don't have that file but have blow0,blow1, and blow2 in that directory, copy blow0 and rename the copy to blow.
If it helps, try downloading the full version from both the OP and the 030722 link in my earlier post, and merging them together. That way, you'll minimize the chances of missing an image.
Also, I'd like to mention that I have not added any of my own images to the game, any missing images are either faulty code or an image actually missing from the vanilla version.
