It's a genre or a fetish of adult manga or hentai, which has a (main) story the protagonist has his/her lover stolen by someone.
寝(ne) as in 寝取られ means "sleep", in this case, "the lover's sleeping with someone (cheating)". 取られ(torare) is a noun coming from 取られる(torareru), "have something stolen/robbed"

For the little gameplay that is there, I am quite shocked, it is a great start for this game. I can't wait to see what progress is still to come.

This site really needs more tags subdividing the general tag of NTR so we don't have five pages of "Is NTR avoidable" which then breaks down into everybody giving their particular definition of what NTR is and if the game content qualifies or not.

Take Aoi Hitoris-Wife Carnal Loan typical story. Her husband is about to loose the shop they have so she meets with the guy the shop is owned to and she comes to a deadend... she either sleeps with him and the shop is saved or she leaves and they r thrown on the street. Sure the "man" never blackmails her but she is given a very clear picture of her options and their outcome.
