I pulled apart the game and looked at the script. If I had to guess I would say it "might" be MTL. It does look edited at the very least and there are a few grammatical errors here and there but for the most part it is I didn't see many signs that would indicate if it is an MTL or not. At the very least if it was they edited it. He put alot of care into the project and it shows.
