Honestly, if it wasn't stated right from the get-go, I wouldn't have known that this was an MTL because it reads like actual English. Is it 100% accurate to the original game? Well, I don't know Japanese, so I wouldn't know anyway. I get the gist of things and I don't get an aneurysm when reading, that's good enough.

Basically, this is what proper, edited MTL should always look like if it's going to be released. Not a lot of the other garbage we've all seen on f95. I still have no idea how that shit's allowed...

Sure, there were a few mistakes here and there, but those were clearly human mistakes, not MTL producing garbage. No bread, no penis in "his" pussy, and so on and so forth. If you've seen MTL, you know what I mean. XD

As for the game itself...

As always for No Future games, you kind of either have to go full virgin, or you have to over-level. For virgin, reaching lvl 30 for the final boss is enough as long as you make use of the Silver bullets. Even lower will work if you don't care about losing said virginity during the boss fight, because 60 durability restraints. Well, it might still work if you can afford to waste the DP on the blast spell, which will allow you to struggle free in 2 turns anyway. Hm... The minimum level might actually be as low as 20...

EH.

Anyway, if you go full on lewd, things get a lot more no bueno. On the one hand, the permanent debuffs don't afflict stats like they did in Sailor Splendor. On the other hand, they can cause Charlotte to end up perma-cumming if she gets caught... and eventually even if she doesn't get caught because her arousal will build up on its own. Which overall encourages over-leveling and alpha-striking as much as possible. Though that isn't entirely possible for the bosses. (Unless you grind to like, level 60 or something, I guess...)

Basically, Virgin mode is actually easy-mode as long as you're careful. Lewd mode is actually hard mode.

Still, short game as always, shouldn't take more than 4-6 hours if you play virgin, and that unlocks all the gallery and whatnot anyway, along with some other things that you can mess around with. No NG+ tho, much like previous games, which is a shame, because it'd be fun to go back after finishing a virgin run and messing around for a lewd run with an over-leveled protagonist.

Wish they did more with that upgrade three for the weapons btw. I think that maxed out by level 20-something and then those crystals just sat there in the inventory with no purpose. At least Sailor Splendor didn't have entirely useless items AND you could sell if you wanted too.

DLsite, latest update was in 2021, and it was just some bug fixes, so no new content was added, this meanst hat with the steam release being so recent you won't be missing on any content.

Now, on the matter of the translation, I can't give my opinion because I don't own the Wasabi steam version, yet(I will be buying it in the future).

Wasabi releases translation quality range from "passable" to "merely ok".
So it is a shot in the dark, so I can't be sure but I doubt the translation is as good as most Kagura games releases.

The only way to be sure is to compare both translations.

I'm currently going through all my Wasabi purchases, playing them and doing some short steam reviews, I'm currently going through by circle , the game feels good and the translation is ok, but I'm enjoying the game so much that I decided to actually edit and improve the translation for myself.
My experience so far, all Wasabi releases could have some improvements.

It feels like it's an asian who learned English who's doing the translation without an English speaking proofreader. Because while translating, something might sound ok, for the translator, at the time but in reality it might not ring the same to someone who's reading it for the first time and hasn't gone though the whole game's script.

Even their discord persons speak a little in Engrish(At least it seems they're trying), but with how expensive their games on Steam I expect a better product.

So far the only game I played briefly that seemed to have a translation that was better than ok, is by Circle , but it seems this one was translated by someone different and it shows.

Base on author ci-en the game will have sequel
Unfortunately google translate seems to indicate that it is a linear visual novel w/o choices, not a game. Canon sequel that occurs after heroines chord apparently?

Kinda ehh then

Anyone got a link for chapter 1 of the sequel? The way the dev is releasing it is total bullshit, but the premise looks much more interesting than the game...

also couldn't find the green key either :( every room shows explored otherwise. Turns out there is a back door into one of the green key rooms open to you from the most recent boss battle room.

The release on here is an edited machine translation. The official release you linked is much higher quality.
I'm not saying mine is better, but going by the screenshots on the MangaGamer release page, their translation looks... rough. Have you played through their release?
