Machine Translated Language, essentially running it through Google translate.
It can be serviceable to a point for menus and being able to get the gist of text in front of you, but tends to turn any vaguely complex or nuanced dialogue into mush.

But it doesn't matter anymore with this game since it's now with an professional english translation.
As was said, it's machine translated. Depending on the specific program used (some are better than others) it can be complete gibberish or somewhat understandable. Worst case the MTL breaks various parts of the game causing it to be impossible to play. Older MTLs are also more likely to be complete gibberish, since translation soft ware has been improving over time.
There's also some edited MTL games, where the translator went through and fixed what the machine spat out to make it more understandable. Older ones like this usually aren't marked as such (just called MTL), but more recent ones on this site are marked as edited MTL.

Back in the old days of Hentai games, western communities still wanted to play good Japanese games. Since there were only a few in the western market and those few were generally bad.
Now the quality of Japanese games over western ones is still ages better of course. But there were very few translators back then.
So what people did is make machine translations of good japanese games. To make them at the very least playable. Since they usually had some game systems in place, which you cannot understand in Japanese. So you couldn't play the game.
Now you still have that, Kagura games or independent Translators make good translations but they usually take their time and they cannot possibly pick up every good H-game out there.
So you still have the occasional machine translation. Which I find quite alright to be honest. There are a lot of H-games out there that are very good but not too complex, so you can still comfortably play it with a machine translation.
Others disagree, they believe that if there is a machine translation real translators will not pick up on it. But as you can see on this game for example. Somebody did a mtl and Kagura Games did a proper Translation later on. So the mtl got ditched for the actual translated version.
AFAIK, no, no bonus content if you avoid sex scenes, rather getting fucked really helps as monsters become disarmed once you fuck them, also you can collect their weapons this way. As a matter of fact, at one point the game was so hard to me that i had to quickly fuck every monter i met in order to avoid getting destroyed, once i disarmed them i quickly killed them in a hit or two.

Is it just me or does it seem that the TP resetting at the end of battles is just stupid or a mistake?
It makes it so that the bonus attack only happens after resting at a camp..pointless mechanic.
Edit: There's also a mistake where the explorer and scout scenes are flipped..

I'd say it should be totally stable unless Kagura fucked something up during translation but so far this doesn't seem to be the case. Actually besides some minor stuff I never had any problems with the games published by Kagura and the only things that needed some fixing were for games by Dojin Otome (Succumate & Summer Memories) like overlapping speech bubbles.
This game is really fun so far. My only complaint would be that it's again a girl with big tits. Why are girls in hentai almost always big titted? At least it's not hilariously huge tits. Well, added it to my wishlist in the Kagura Shop and will most likely buy it next month. Those people really should be supported so they can bring us more translated and uncensored games. I just hope they will not only release RPGM and Wolf RPG games in the future and add 3D games to their shop.
I just finished its 99 Levels. The game is very easy depending on your build.
