Hmm, first post ever. I'll wait for the people who can't keep it in their pants to test it out.
I rarely post about this since I know that this is a pirate site and it’s where everyone goes to get access to games….but. This developer is one of the best I’ve seen. Everyone of his games are well done and he usually updates every month. He works his ass off to get the work done. I support him on patreon and I get access to his game the day it’s released and I only pay $3.50 to get it. It’s ridiculous that it got released here the minute he released on patreon. Give it at least a week. If this keeps happening then people will drop from his patreon and then he has no reason to keep developing. I will now sit back and wait for all the replies
You're absolutely right. I also support the dev on Patreon. I definitely won't jump ship, even if it gets leaked here on the same day, which I don't think is right either. Because I want Sad Pepper to continue. But some people should really think about how a dev is supposed to survive if everything gets leaked here on the same day as the release. I don't think other devs offer access for €3.50 on the same day as the release, you have to wait at least 2 weeks. So, guys, everyone has €3.50 and Sad Pepper does an excellent job, otherwise it wouldn't get leaked on the same day.

Its awesome to see a Dev who is a Master of both Worlds : NTR and non NTR. Yes, my honest opinion without joking or sarcasm. The Dev has really put a thought in both ways. Thats what i like, since i am not an NTR Fan but i can appreciate a good Story. Here, its easy..no Corruption Points..no NTR. A good VN lives and thrives of Choices and this Dev knows his Craftmanship.

The graphics in Pineapple Express were good enough but to me in this game they are much better.
I would like to see some animations like in the previous game even if it is two images repeated.

This is a truly cursed business model. The only viable option for promoting your game and getting results is a pirate site. Oh, and by the way, the site (Patreon) you use for supporters and to get paid could ban your account at any time just because they feel like it and there's nothing you could do about it. Maybe some smart people will figure out a way to create a real business model for adult games but until then, getting leaked on day 1 will continue to be a thing that happens sometimes.

About leaking updates. I know this is a pirate site, but the best way for things to be sustainable is that new updates aren't leaked for 2-4 weeks. I don't even wanna pretend to be a saint, I just want more and better content. If devs are happy we get that(I know quite a few of them since I'm a translator and proofreader).
That aside, will you miss content if you follow the wife's perspective? The new guide isn't out yet so I'm not sure how it works.

The problem is that it's not a rocksolid market. There are many individual creators who are affected in such a way that the well will dry up at some point.

Then their games were not good enough to survive to make a profit- too bad so sad.
The good games will always survive and the trash games get discarded as they should

Those who decide to make a living doing it will progress as an artist much slower since their revenue is smaller.(as in they need to work on the side)
Case in point, one of my clients, now friend, I've done a lot of work for initially needed me to proofread a lot(multiple grammar, phrasing, punctuation errors every line). Both his art, code and English has improved so much that he doesn't need me any more aside from a quick read-through when he's unsure. He has now progressed to the point where it doesn't matter to him, but it can be crushing to newer devs.
If you want more artists who improve that way, give them a chance to have their fans sign up for early access. It can be seen in metrics immediately when a version is leaked early.
If you wanna comment on that I'll let you have the last word, don't wanna derail the topic too much.
Bullshit, there's a big difference between uploading games day-of and those who casually share things a while later. As a few others in this thread have noted; there's still a bit of 'honor among thieves' and etiquette. Especially since this guy is one of the most consistent and hardworking and NON-milking devs who also doesn't gouge people to play.
If you think robbing a poor guy who just worked his 10 hour fast food job is the same as robbing some douchebag ceo, those that disagree aren't the weird ones, you are. There are so many bad devs raking in cash your time would be better spent jeering at their loss.
No, nothing missed, only gained. I'd recommend having both perspectives on unless you're a hard ntr purist. You actually get a fair amount more of details even if you already saw the prior version of a given scene; he reuses some renders but also includes new ones.

Pirates from the beginning always competed to be the 1st to release a new game- this trend of being a simp doesn't belong on a pirate site- You can do the honorable thing and not come to this site if pirating offends you so much.
