I recommend Notepad++ -
You must be registered to see the links
but you can use windows notepad to edit it, just make sure you uncheck "always use..." first
Just right-click and select "Open With..."

Okay so I tryed and failed. Can you please do an Idiot guide, step by step. Like what file/folder. Since I suck at this stuff. Ty, sorry for trouble.
To Unlock Patreon & Incest mode
1 - Head to - Exposed_2_5-2.5-pc\game
2 - Look for Variables.rpy
3 - Right-Click on Variables.rpy and select "Open With..." or "Notepad++ (

4 - If you select "Open With..."
1-uncheck "Always Use This App To Open ...."
2-Click "More Apps"
3-You might have to scroll down until you find "Notepad"
4-Click "Notepad"
5 - When Notepad opens, look for the following
6 - Change the 0 to 1
7 - Last step, make sure to Save and Exit Notepad, before you start the game

You may also need to delete the Variables.rpyc It's a compiled cached version and I've had an issue before here RenPy isn't reading the new .rpy file.
