Just 4 posts above you have cheats for the latest version 0.21, so all you need to do is have a good look or search beforehand.

pretty much I have tried to cheat friendship and lust it crashes the game first one noticed was Estella then more was added

I had no problem to use cheat engine on friendship. But I am not very far in the game. I have to say the worktrough is not the easiest to follow, to say it in a polite way.

There's a txt file in the folder. File's literally called CODE TO ACTIVATE EXTENDED.txt
If that doesn't work you can always use the cheat qsp file as that has extended activates as well:
