I could DL it without any problem,apparently the file has been reported , all the other files on workupload are still there , whoever reported the file didn't get it from here , most likely someone shared its link elsewhere with previews and this got it reported and banned.

I hope i fixed the Gdrive one and replaced Workupload with ANONFILE takes bit longer maybe to Download, but they don't take it down after 1 day ^^.
