I unlocked all of Summer's paintings...but I can't put them on cel, I can only change them in the room

It's weird. Not like FILF and Altered Destiny are masterpieces, but those had more appealing smiles and facial expressions from characters in most cases. Everything looks off, even outside the preview images from the bit I played. Just very weird.

I have the feeling its a artist he has hired in the render style is not even the same and the light style is different and the animations are not even the same quality

You must do it to a brand new game extraction. Delete the game that you extracted from the .zip file that you downloaded, and unzip the .zip file again to start from fresh.

Did that and redownloaded the patch and they put a new patch in the download link that worked. Thank u with your patience with me and helping out through this. I appreciate u man.
