you need to first complete the strip club scene,then go have a chat,get slapped and then next morning go to the garage,the option will be available.

as far as I can tell, the search function on the in-game computer is only there for entering special codes to unlock secret pictures (to be honest, I only know of the one code/picture).

It hasn't been a full month since the last release yet. We should see a new version in the next couple weeks or so. Do not quote "me" on this. I am using their Patreon as a guide: "New content is released every month!".

Perhaps someone who hangs out in their Discord might know more, but that's all I got from a couple of clicks from this site.
