It's probably the date with Mom/Melissa. That will stay there until you go on the date. Need to click on the bed in the MC's room to trigger it, but you can only trigger it once everyone else's paths are close to completion

Did you test it with the 17b version (Bugfree )? this error was adressed a few pages back in the Beta test version, should be fixed with the latest

nothing happens if it was her quest then that dot should appear on her character not house imo.
