I go to the spa in the morning, and there's Naomi, and she lights up when i point to her, but i can't interact.

Same problem here since 0.4.3. She sits there in the morning and in the afternoon. In the morning the front desk is unattended.

In any case, I realized 0.4 introduced multiple "past" events, so it is worth playing again.

Not a bug. I fixed a bug with Melissa quest. Naomi in the chair is for a scene I’m currently working on. I just had the imagebutton ready and forgot to remove it for the 0.4.3 fix.
