Umm, have you got the pervious version's code of the game? Just because I deleted that and don't know if the safecode checking was changed or not.
If yes, then it should be version/save mismatch, other than that it's something else.

Can't decide if you are just sarcastic. But there is no need one, as there is a very good progression check in the game.
Look in the mirror, please. If you had actually bothered to look at a FILF save file in the Renpy editor you might have seen where that particular variable is READ-ONLY, and the variable does not even appear in the editor if you use the 4.3 save from the OP. But you seem to prefer to insult people asking legitimate questions instead. Fortunately, other (nicer) folks such as @Shadow Fiend were kind enough to be helpful and provide a real answer.Is everyone here forgot how to read?

It's not a matter of finding a solution. It's often a matter of whether code from previous releases had to be changed to fix or prevent bugs.
