Anyone else having the problem that the new incest patch doesn't work at all?

I dropped it in the game folder as always, loaded my last save from the 09b version and Mom is Melissa etc..

Had the same thing happening to me - even with the incest patch for v0.10.
Just rolled back to the beginning of the scene, made a save, quit the game and relaunched it, loading said last save. Et voilà, everything fine and dandy...

Stupid question: did you finish all stuff with the old game version? Try a reload or a less recent save state.

so im trying to put a save that someone posted that is .9b fully completed to start from there, but i put it into the save file, and nothing happens, it just does my saves, which i deleted. do i need to reinstall the game or

Just delete "301018_"(numbers at the beginning of the name) in the file name.The file name should look like this: "1-5-LT1.save"
