Dev isn't trying to make an NTR game though to be fair. Thats why he put in the one true dick mode that turns all of that stuff off.

One true dick mode corrects a lot of that, however the issue is that mc has basically zero content and a few people are already pushing for the mc to get even less content on the subscribestar. Though I'm also seeing quite a bit of push back against those people. So I'm pretty curious where things will end up. Whomever shows up now and states their opinions now will likely shape if this game becomes Opala 3.0 where the mc has the least amount of scenes in the game compared the rest of the content. There is also a content poll going on atm for people to vote in.

one true dick mode doesn't really correct or fix anything, it just puts a bandaid on it. The issue isn't that MC wasn't the only one having sex, the issue was that LI (the sister) was doing shit with the burb before the MC (thus making the innocent act n shit come across as shitty and condescending).
Changing the order of events (and making it an optional thing the MC initiates) would fix it, as well the game is not an NTR game, but the introduction story with the sister is very much an NTR introduction story. (hence the blowback).

TLDNR: while not an NTR game, it very much plays like one with the sister. (order of events matter).

Not suprise that some supporters would vote for more "non MC" and beasts content just to pissing lot of people and to flexing that "we have money so our opinion are more important", it could turn out to be good just like Opala but it could ruin the game and prevent many potential supporters away...Don't know which side the developer will choose or which side have stronger voices to decide the fate of the game, only time and more updates will truly tell
Honestly to say I'm still hoping those beasts content would least about male monsters/animals fucking our girls but more about Slime eating clothes stuff and monster girls for MC to interact with. With Tilly and the dark elf content, since they are couple from the start so sharing and threesome would be inevitable but could still have option for MC to woo both into harem
Overall Kara the sister and Aunt would be 2 of my first choice for the next update, no fear of NTR or rape by monsters/animals stuff

That was very weird to see Swegabe could stay under radar until today without being hammered by Patreon, not just that but most of the "updates" changelog I check on that thread so far was nothing but bugfix. At least some comments on Opala's pages show that the guy finally got himself together and putting more content in favor for the MC
Make me think that Dakodanova taking some ideas from Swegabe and want to develop his game to have some element of Opala but now had to change his plan because of backlash, let see how it would look like...Game still in demo stage and very "green" so the change would be much easier

Is their second game, and I wouldn't get my hopes up. The One True Dick mode could be the only thing they do and not fix the story. So I wouldn't hold my breath. Having a little hope is fine, but best be prepared for disappointment.

I was really looking forward to playing Legend of Queen Opala too because of the amazing artwork I had seen all over the net, but when I actually got to it and read up on the game I remember it being another one where the MC was barely involved in any of the fun stuff... the more i read through the comments and reviews the easier it was to just skip the game and make a mental note to look for the CG for someday in the future.
ALso hoping this one does not go the same route... fingers crossed hopefully dont have to ignore this one only to look for a CG gallery some years in the future.

Should have done with that game first, Fiends forever barely have anything in it yet the developer already jump into this one. Edit: wait found it, though I wouldn't call that NTR as it may either not going to be implemented or its something the MC coaxes her into doing it, as an optional thing. At the current moment there is no sign of her doing it at all in the game, or way to trigger the event if there is then ignore me

..... bruh..... the whole point is that scene contradicts what the dev is trying to make XD they ain't going for an NTR feel or style game, they were going for romance (they have removed the tag cause well... there was none lmao), with some voyerism, and beasty. (should have made the beasty optional that MC initiates for LIs, Piper is fine imo cause not an LI, is the sister that has issues).

And well the story contradicts itself as well. "innocent sister" but goes off and sucks burb dick :| compliments MC dick on being big even tho it pales in comparison to the burb dick she just blew lmao.

Is shit like that. It is that the dev has done things that go against the type of game they are trying to make and the audience they are going for. If it was a straight up MC is a loser and can't do shit so has to watch game, then I wouldn't say shit, (and would likely be an NTR game as well).

But the fact is MC isn't supposed to be a loser, and instead a sort of hero character that gets girls... but the first important LI he loses to a burb before doing anything. which contradicts what the dev is trying to go for. (as shown by the one true dick "Fix" which doesn't adress the core issue at all, being the game is kinda skitz being multiple things at once that contradict eachother).

This isn't me wanting them to make a game I like, this is me wanting them to make a game that has flow and coherency (which in the end will only help the dev fyi, people don't like story's that are all over the place and don't make proper sense). which means btw if they gonna keep the sis story the way it is, they should just turn it into an NTR story cause that is what will work best with what they have already done. anything else will contradict the start and be weird cause it doesn't make sense. (not saying it has to be realistic, just not opposing).

As the sister story is right now it is a NTR start smashed with a non-NTR start. minimising the audience that it would actually attract.

Ok I triggered it, so you can only trigger it at the very beginning of her path, going to sleep I think on Friday or Thursday does it, and its a one time scene, I wouldn't call it hard locked behind that event, because on my first play through I completely missed it and instead went to see her bathing on Monday, completely getting locked out of the event, it also does not give any indication afterwards that she does it again or has done it if you miss the event

So I'm just going to assume that's her first time doing it, and if you instead go see her take bath, then she never does it at all

I completely understand everyone's frustration with this game most games focus on the MC especially in the beginning of the development, and then add miscellaneous sex scenes between other people, however here it almost seems like the opposite while everyone is getting boobjobs and blowjobs here the MC only gets to option to creepily jerk off on his sister while she's sleeping and again to jerk off with her watching. I mean seriously?

Also to answer your earlier question it may not even be a new thing that you can skip the bird scene, if you do not look at the hints it is almost 100% definitely that you will get it, heck even if you do get the hint its pretty vague, here's the hint quote
"I should check behind Liza's cabin on Tuesday mornings.
Or maybe listen out when I go to sleep at night"

As you know the second part leads you to the bird scene, its an inevitability that you will get it if you do nothing, looking back on it I got lucky that I missed it as, doing the other option is basically the optional path comparatively, if you for some reason miss the event on Tuesday you will eventfully be given the option of going out on Friday night to check something out who left the house and blam bird BJ, while I personally hesitate to call this ntr i can see why people are as why would the sister do the later events if she didn't have some lust/love for the MC before hand

As far as content goes, the only scene that really causes issue is the sister with forced burb content, and on top of that burb does shit before MC and MC gets sloppy burb seconds despite being the hero protag in a hard non-ntr game... (which is a contradiction). that scene changes the context of the others, and so after viewing that people will see the rest of the game in a different light (and not the way the dev intended it to be seen).

Had the sister story been better thought out and similar to what I suggested people would have been fine (and the voyeurism being optional).

I highly recommend, has quiet good story. O and you should definitely have a look at Once In a Lifetime (I would add it to my signature if I could). And if you want a long story driven wincest game there is my new family.

Some others off the top of my head that you may like are never saint, boner tales the manor (you can turn off beasty content, although is a little obvious that one scene is written into the story, and meant to be cannon). these are both rpgmaker games and have a similar spirit to what this game is trying to be (just without the voyeurism).
