Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on this thread. You'll have to forgive me, but I'm not quite sure that I 100% understand what it is that you're trying to say, but let me try my best and respond regardless...
If you're indicating that because of the Q&A survey at the end of Chapter 1 that the majority said that they're prepared for anyone to be axed that
you're suggesting that I just axe Vanessa and Tiffany early on, rather than later then the simple answer to that is no. It would be a shit horror slasher if I invested so much time already (even if we're very early in the in-game playtime) to remove two strong PI (Potential love interests), to not disappoint fans later. That might very well make people get up and give up on the game immediately. Also, if I killed both of them now, then we'll only have the same situation on any other potential love interests that would come in to replace them... so... would not work.
If anyone is playing my AVN then there are a few cold hard facts that they have to deal with, which won't change as I'm sticking to my vision:
1) This game has a female protagonist and is a female-female (lesbian) orientated AVN.
2) This is not a harem game, nor ever will be. Even "if" very limited you are able to divert on more than one girl at once, it will not end in a harem.
3) This is a horror game always first and foremost before nsfw (porn). Priority is to the story and the slasher/horror element of this game, over nsfw. NSFW is just a nice extra layer, which I want in the game as this is not a PG-13 game, nor will I treat it like one.
4) There will be death. Regardless of your "choices" (and without spoiling anything) "IF" there is a chance to save anyone, or yourself... no matter what as a user earlier rightly said... some will be hard coded in to die regardless. It would be a shit horror slasher game if everyone survived and several didn't die in the process.
The fact that this game does not contain harem, is female-female only, and contains death, as well as being in the horror genre does limit my audience I know; however, I am not trying, nor want to follow what a significant portion of devs create. I have every intention for this game to succeed and unfortunately, compared to many other devs (some amazingly brilliantly talented ones at that) this games growth in popularity and support is slow; however, I have not lost vision to this game and I will and am making something that will stand on it's own, especially in genre areas that are more lacking or for people who are just like "I want something different". And those that have shown an interest in my game, have given lovely and constructive feedback, follow it and/or have been/become a donor to help me continue making my vision really touches my heart. One past user said something along the lines that this games audience might be a lot smaller; however, a more loyal fanbase. So for those that find an appeal in my game(s) I thank them for following and enjoying development, whilst those that are not into what I'm making, I simple thank them for visiting the thread and hope that they'll find other games that will meet their preferred tastes.
Of course, my response is not an annoyed, nor a hostile response bare in mind, but a clarification not just to your question, but to anyone else who wonders on this topic.
So genuinely and I mean it, thank you for asking a tough topic question.
