They are more likely to follow the DOAXVV path. The game itself can be played alone as a single player game but all user data (and some of the gameplay logic) is saved remotely on the server so you can't play offline at all, just like Diablo 3.

Probably a bad news for you, the loli will only be in the online mode and there won't be any substantial change to the single player mode anymore. At least that's what i can summarize from their latest announcement.

Just some suggestions for more possible actions in the future to differ from most other hgames:
I have even more in thought but those would all take too much time investment i think(i know, it´s not easy to just add a few new selectable hairstyles for example so i didn´t mention those typical things)
This game is great so far, looks gorgerous and i really appreciate the work here but what you can do here you can do in most other similar games like this or have seen so many times already.

Every time a few "new games" a page pops up in my browser and nothing happens in the game. How to fix it.

they said that it's anonymous and there's "no meaningful way to interact with other players" so i don't think there will be voice or even text chat included in the harem mode. They aren't that stupid as to force players to socialize in a porn game.
Then wtf is the point of the multiplayer??? This can be entirely done solo. I get they need to test server for their partner company as a part of the deal. Fine. Restrict those content online only, but make the rooms private. Not 15 random dudes on the same map, jerking off together. What is this? A gay out? What the fuuuuck.

So, unless you pay for this game you cannot play the campaign? Because every time I try to do so, it redirects me to the patreon website.

I guess that's just temporary for this update. I read a few pages prior that the campaign and the online mode buttons are just a placeholder for now

It's simple - devs don't even know what they are doing. All of this is work-around so there's no "questionable" content in steam version. But why? Why not sell R15 version with no sex (just some tits and mild nudity) and just leave "hardcore" stuff for patreons? Why make it this complicated so you can sell R18 version on steam?
I know why - because they don't have any faith in their actual gameplay. If the game would be any good, putting R15 version on steam would be more beneficial (wider audience) and simpler. The game sucks so they need porn content to sell it but they can't put everything on steam so they are making "multiplayer".
The game will be on steam "soon" but we still have barely any idea how "the game" part will look like... Let that sink in.
Also, I don't even know how much they will be forced to move to "harem mode" in steam version. Dreamer, drone, girl x girl and maybe tentacles - everything else, anything that even remotely resembles an animal or an insect will have to go. And good luck with those "forced" or "unconscious" scenes (let's not beat around the bush - rape scenes) on steam... Those will have to go, too. But then - what's the point of "Operation Lovecraft" and making those niche fetishes your main focus?
Anonymous or not, interaction with other players or not - I don't care. I don't want any sort of "connection" with other people when I'm watching strange creatures fuck sexy girls. Even being aware that other people are watching the same thing as me, at the same time - that they are "there" with me... I mean, that's a completely different fetish and I'm not into it.
