What do you consider the background? The environment? How about animations that interact with items in the environment? And why do you presume it's no effort to do this?

Call it environment, if you want. But not the near environment. Problem solved. Black background and lights - would save energy on the computer.
Get rid of textures.. What is on your mind about the effort?

3080/9900k w/ res scale 5, and straggling @ 1440p (maxed) Imagine if full version comes. But no fear. RTX 4090ti will manage it.

Do you mean 0.5 or 5.0? The 3080 should be able to easily handle 1440p@0.5. Other the other hand, nothing can currently handle 1.0 at a good framerate.

I'm kind bugged at how they will make a multiplayer work in a porn game, a genre where most would probably rather play alone than with other people. Will they at least have the courtesy of adding bots? Because it will suck very much if I go to the multiplayer to see an scene that can only be watched there and I'm unable to because it can't find full lobbies.

Judging by their posts, they are indeed making multiplayer only scenes and systems under the table, like the girls' mood and affinity.
It also sounds like you don't have to cooperate with others to have sex (that'd be weird as fuck...wait it is literally fuck) and players are to be randomly assigned to lobbies matching their filter settings, so probably that won't be much of a problem.
Just wait and see, I guess.

Hello, I've just downloaded the game today, first launch and it crashes... I know that maybe a fix has been found, but I don't have the will to search through 169 pages... My graphic drivers are up-to-date by the way.

I'm using NVIDIA GTX1060 6GB, and no, i've never encountered any error like this before in any other game.
What is strange is once when I retried to launch the game, it worked once,like I passed the loading screen, but when I did a Alt+Tab, it completely broke the game.

Base on the preview video of 0.32. I guess it will just be the same like several previous update. Bunch of new animation for Anya. Maybe 1 or 2 new animation for other character. Still no new loli character, story mode yet. For someone who don't like milk its really disappointing. And that not the worse part .They change the lighting system in the previous update and make the game much more GPU heavy than before. I can't even get 20 fps at high setting now and at medium setting there is a problem with the texture sometime won't load in properly.

Do you happen to know at which scale GPU would render the native e.g. 1440p.

The game defaults to a 0.4 render scale, which looks pretty good imo, but I believe native rendering would be 1.0. However I must warn you, I have a 3070 and if I run 1.0 render scale at 3440x1440 I can only get around 20FPS. The level of detail in this game's materials and textures is unprecedented, so I don't really think it's practical to run it at native res with current hardware.

Note: This is for the desktop version, I think the VR version might use a different scale.

There will be 5 scenes for Anya and 3 scenes for both Alet and Erika in this update, plus a new outfit for Anya. Harem mode (and thus Galatea) isn't coming out until at least march next year since they are still waiting until the mocap studio is fully functional to start working on it.
