Whats happened to this game is one of the biggest disappointments i have experienced in a game during development,amazing graphics and animations. could have been hands down the best sex simulator out there both for vr and without, they would have made a killing on steam.

but instead of continuing with what everyone wanted from the game they decided to go with what they wanted an always online money grab that will be lucky to rake in a 10th of what it would have had they just stayed the coarse.

I mean hell they could have put what they had here in .34 on steam and made a killing then sold outfits and pose packs as DLCs and made a total killing, instead now they will get a bunch of sales people will sign into the game and realize they are jerking off to a bunch of other dudes avatars and swiftly refund the game and leave bad reviews...im actually looking forward to reading them once its out lol

I saw the writing on the wall back in feb when I was supporting these guys, they stopped making monthly updates to focus on steam version/harem mode nonsense. its been 8 months and still no steam version and I am not a big fan of harem mode. I stopped my backing right there and then in feb

It is similar to Eromancer, at first they make Malise and the Machine, and then they announced that they revamp the RPGMaker engine (iirc), and then revamp graphic, and then revamp gameplay mechanic, and revamp this and that.....until they announced they make Pure Onyx to have more money to complete MatM. I'm used to defend them but when they pull out that Pure Onyx stunt i lost my shit, literally.

2. PH are going to release SFW part on steam, which is storyline and normal gameplay - which i believe is a tabletop type - on steam. And the NSFW - which is sex part - will be on patreon. Thus created double paywall, you need to buy through steam to have the game to access and play, and if you want the sex part, you need Patreon account to pay for that part. So literally if you want to fap (like, is there anyone care about the gameplay or even the story part????) you need to pay 2 times to fap those characters; let not talk about a bunch of other microtransaction in the game like outfit, sex pose/animation, new character, new map, etc... as form of mini DLC......Now the worst part is, using server hosting model, make the game stability depend on server and internet stability, no one want a situation where you are in the middle of enjoying a fap but get disconnected from server instead and can't play the game....lol; and when PH shut down the server in the future you lost not only the money but also the game you buy cuz most of game core data will be in the server, the game folder you have is nothing but a trash bin

Haha yea ill likely just stick to the last solo build we have(.43) here as i dont think the game will get any better then the current state we have it at now...have to hate how people/companys think these days they would make more money selling a good solo game to thousands of people then selling dlc costumes or whatever, then selling hundreads of copys filled with micro transactions that are forced online,this game is going to flop hard if they keep going the way they are with it..what a waste.

And it's funny to me from all this. When more than six months (and maybe more) ago I wrote in this thread that this clown has no goal to release the game, but the goal is only milking gullible hamsters, some "smart" people told me here that I don't understand anything and the game is about to be released. I say hello to them ardent.
P.S. If earlier I was going to buy a game on Steam, But did not want to be on patreon, now I will not buy it in principle.

I'm afraid they came up with the worst type of gameplay. How long do you guys usually play the 0.34? For me it's always less than an hour, maybe even less than half an hour. They want to attract players and keep them interested with an interactive gallery? If they were to pick a more engaging gameplay were you for example chase the girls (players or bots) as a monster/dreamer and play hide and seek with each other that would be a dream come true for me. I played 3dxchat that had a server with similar mechanics and was able to play for hours chasing other players and catching them. Anyone following Fallen Doll would be interested in a game like that?

Considering the game will have a 99.9% male player base..Naa i have 0% interest in chasing other men around,now if they were AI bots and Solo gameplay sure that might work.

This practice of doing eternal projects has become a trend in developers today, they start with a good idea and when there are good results they start to win sponsors, but then they start to put more things, they lengthen the delivery times and suddenly they have already More than 5 years have passed, there are so many games like this today and how bad most of them are. I understand in this shitty life you have to make money but think about it, if you as a developer had such a wonderful idea that it attracted many people, you are the executioner of your project, because when you realize it, no one will be interested in your idea that it could have been a great video game.

But I do not lose hope there are always great developers who meet their objectives and a good example is AlienQuest-EVE. There was a great time of silence on the part of the developer and that made everyone think that the project was abandoned, but one day the final version came out and it was one of the best porn games that has been seen
