What do we even know about their finances? Do they talk about it on the backer discord? All I know is what leakers repost here, and that's mostly PH bragging about the major studios they source their employees from.

He's mentioned devs leaving for bigger studios. There is a very high demand for game developers, especially with the boom of mobile gaming. Moreover, many probably don't want to say they've worked for a questionable porn studio on their studio, so may have to overpay them.

So far they are making 0$ profit on steam because they can't release it so "they will make more on steam" is an empty argument. They will make more IF it will get approved...
Nothing stops them from releasing on multiple platforms and it probably wouldn't hurt to release it elsewhere so they can start making some profits while working on steam version.
I said, when they announced steam release for the first time year ago or so, that it's going to be a bumpy ride unless they are going to make R15 version for steam. Throw some tits and ass but remove all sex - steam won't complain and it will sell even better thanks to lower rating. Then release R18 patch for patreons and other platforms.

Not really. More specifically, they prevent admitting such a patch exists anywhere on Steam in an official capacity. It can exist - hundreds of Japanese porn games use this method - you just can't say it does as the publisher on Steam. It's usually mentioned in the first few reviews, though.

Only those who know about the game and are a true fan of it will search for patches. Then there is no point in going beyond the patreon. I understand thanks to Steam they want to expand the audience. And it's not a fact that many people will want to mess with some patches and their search. I bought the game and I want to get everything in place, without manipulation. Moreover, you will also have to pay extra on the same Patreon. What I wouldn't do exactly (like many others)
Thats why I dont pay the people who doesnt deserve payment. always asks for more. always wants more than, what they actually need. when he sees that wheels really starts spinning, he's singler objective is the keep it running. not finishing the job. getting more and more unecessery profit. I say the people who pay more than should to theese theives, deserve worse.
I must say this looks very interesting, i read its gonna get singleplayer mode in 2022, does the offer still stands or something changed?

single player or mutiplayer ( harem mode ) , u going to wait a bit longer , they are moving to beta phase / close beta phase, but they bump into some issue, wont be surprise if is going to come out in 2023.

They don't "ask for more", once you've paid enough for your key, you can unsubscribe from Patreon and still have a key reserved.
