Ah, well there you go. Not even a month into beta and every statement on what they planned to avoid in terms on monetization has been broken. Bodes well for the future of how they plan to treat the game.

Actually, reading that post from Miya again, did Helius end up taking that Nutaku investment? Seems weird to rail against their terms only for Helius to meet them if he didn't plan on taking their money. A bit sketch to go after bigger investors while still crowd funding the game through patreon.

Holy shit, Helius definitely took the Nutaku money. Him and the team went from "No way, we'd never do free to play gatcha" to releasing this free to play gatcha beta test in just a handful on months. And he never even mentioned it lol.

The offer must have gone up from the point of "I do not want that" to "Yeah, 15 mil is enough to sell out for". This kind of explains why the backers didn't get a choice on this. 15 mill is more then the backers are likely to give him for the game any time soon.

Kinda wonder what Helius would have to say on this now lol. Actually this would also explain why the game feels so under baked. That patreon post was from August, so by the time the beta released it would've only been worked on for ~3-4 months, not the close to a year everyone thinks. Or at least had a hard change in direction from whatever the plan was before.

Download the torrent, download the exe, overwrite the exe that comes with the torrent and you're good to go.

It would depend entirely, I mean he have or has had between 20-30k patreons for months, he's been earning tons of cash, now a company wants to invest 15mil and turn his game into a free to play crap game, when he's already making loads of money already, and will earn even more when he releases it on steam, that japanese game site and whatever other sites he's thought about, if he wanted to have lower costs he should not even have tried to make it an online game which none of the patreons wanted, and now we got all this shit and yet it seems he took the investment without saying it to the patreons... and going back on microtransactions

I downloaded the cracked file straight off of MEGA. I'm not quite sure how to deal with the issue, since most of the files I download using WinRAR are immediately openable. Excuse my lack of knowledge, I don't really know much in the programming field.

Try opening it with 7zip, I've had sometimes where I download zip files where winrar can't open them properly so I've had to use 7Zip, or vice versa. I dunno if that's on my end. but I suppose you can try using 7zip its a free program anyway

If it still can't open then I suppose your download might be broken and need to be redownloaded

Redownloading worked, only problem is computer can't handle the program. Running at a silky smooth 10 fps. Oh well, I'll figure something out.

If I ever were to invest my money into this product, it would be because I think it's going to be a worth investment, not because "it cannot be cracked".

Right now, I don't think getting an illegal beta key on Patreon to play on Steam with it is a right investment.

At the moment, to get the "full" experience you need to pay anywhere between $60 to $80 every year + however much it will cost to avoid the worst of the RNG/grind (which is going to be as high as the most exploitative MTX models out there) - which is probably several hundred dollars per year on top.

And all of this based on the promise that the devs will keep releasing a steady stream of worthwhile content, when in the past 6 months they've basically done fuckall in that department.

I really can't imagine a moment when wasting money on this scam is going to be worth it. There's no game here, there's nothing revolutionary about it, it's just a bunch of nice character models and animations pandering to a niche audience - but you can get videos pandering to these fetishes from elsewhere, and at a fraction of the price, so why bother?

Also, let's not forget that the single-player portion will be SFW. Not that I actually believe it will ever see the light of day.

I would say not a revolution but a interesting evolution idea of Anime/Hentai that especially QI WU executed here, which becomes even more seductive in it's Style and Mix of Hybrids trying to merge with Physical Light.
There is no doubt about that, these characters have a lot of human attraction in their abstraction.

It's way different to Wild-Life even if some parts are of the technical same nature result.

Also different to the Way for example Under the Witch goes with the Straight Japanese idea.

His way of "HyperRealism Cutification" is very interesting and it really catches you, you can hardly escape it, of course the whole Art mix also draws you so in i mean seeing People fucking in those absolutely perfectly executed Sci-Fi Gear that's even making it so much more Artful.

He is in a class like Stahlberg

I would agree it is really sad how this talent gets into such a abusive position with it and his potential wasted this much, or he wastes it himself for the greed to be sucessfull at all costs that taken over him.

The gameplay loop is sad, but your wrong about sanity because its even worse.
So you only get a limited amount of sanity per day and it resets after 24 hours. If you have sanity you can gain likes and hand out likes to other players, if you have 0 sanity you cannot gain likes or hand out likes. This is according to Project Helius to stop 'afk farming of likes'

Now there is one other way to gain likes and that's to have the alien and girl climax at the same time then the 'girl' gives you 1 likes.

To properly be able to have simultaneous climaxes with both actors, you need to raise the girls sensitivity to full which there are two ways, First way is to when the girl is in "Heat" to press a special button and if it works you gain a tiny bit of sensitivity if the special action even works which it does barely half of the time. Second way is to do animations with teasing in them, which means you start a teasing animation and wait for like 5 minutes for the sensitivity bar to fully max out after that then you can move onto an animation you like. Sensitivity also declines partly after climaxes and shit so you need to refill it.

When an alien or girl climaxes you gain "Inspiration" which is what you use to hand out likes to other players and study experiments you don't own from other players. But you can't get this as I understand it if your sanity is 0.

"But how do we unlock outfits and other animations?"
"Likes" "Data" and "Insight" are the three currencies, Insight you can gain from daily tasks, which you only gain 1 daily task per day and it gives you 3 insight if i remember correctly. You also gain 1 reroll of a daily task but as said you only get 1 daily to do per day. So you can only earn 3 insight per day everyday without spending "Likes"

"Insights" can be used to buy a "Blueprint" which is a lootbox, 1 blueprint costs 2 "Insights" So you can only buy 1 blueprint with insights per daily task. The "Blueprint" is seperated into categories such as human only, Xeno, and for the three characters so you can kinda choose what random "Blueprint" you get but its all RNG.

"Blueprints" Can also give you duplicates which means you get a small amount of "Data" depending on its rarity, with "Data" you can synthesis any animation you want so to speak as I understand it but its costs depend on the cards Rarity.

Outfits costs "likes" and is the only way to buy them is with "likes". Currently if you want all outfits in the game it will cost 1300 "likes".

Now there is also a ingame Shop where you can buy stuff with your "Likes", in the shop you can buy "Blueprints" = lootboxes but they are limited per day so, currently there are 3 different "blueprint" boxes one for Erika, one for Xeno, and one for human only and you can only buy 2 "Blueprints" per category per day. They cost "10 Likes" each, so if you want to 2 "Blueprints" for Erika it costs "20 Likes"

In the shop you can also buy "Insights", It costs "5 Likes" for "1 Insight" for a total of "10 Insights" per day.
Same with "Data", "1 Likes" per "1 Data" for a total of "20 Data" a day.

As Patron you will also get ingame currency for how much you've spent on the project, but currently the rate we have gotten is 1 dollar = 10 likes, which means you would need to have spent 130 dollars to even unlock all current outfits in the game.

Now season passes are... weirdly named wrong in my opinion, they should've been called DLC as they will be able to be bought whenever, just that if its not in season you wont get an additional 20% boost on them as in you only need to grind 80% to unlock all the content of the "Season pass"
Season passes will give, one new character and animations which is why they should be called DLC

Now Harem mode will apparently cost 20 dollars to access because for some reason the game will be free to play but you'll only get access to the scrapped gallery mode which might or might not be updated. Why this is going to be free I do not know.
We also don't know if campaign will be given to patreons? At least I don't remember hearing that we will get it from Project Helius.

Now they will also sell Booster packs! This is one of the reasons I believe is for the unreasonable grind and F2P and Mobile mechanics. You'll be able to buy a booster pack for one character, we don't know what they will cost but they will apparently included multiple outfits? And animations but we have no idea how many animations at this point, but if Currently 1 outfit is worth 5-10 dollars I do not know how low they will sell a character booster pack if its going include both outfits and animations for one character.

Now the only thing missing is being able to buy "Sanity" refresh and buying "Likes" with real world money to make this F2P economy to make sense.

To addon they have all but abanoned the steam forum, they have no updated information there not even a moderator is on there helping or answering questions, they haven't even seperated the forum up in different languages so its all a mixed bag of threads.

They also missed a patch last weekend, and we didn't get any information about a delay or anything until today a post just said an update is coming somewhere around Christmas and no explanation or anything about the delay.
They are pretty unprofessional, no info, no updates.
